Found this place for a late lunch. Good variety of noodles, soup, and rice dishes. Will be back!
It was raining today so a good soup and I am Asian so Chinese food is good. The restaurant is my family favorite! This is the ONLY Chinese restaurant I visit. I had the most authentic Taiwanese style beef noodle soup and crunchy Hong Kong style egg noodles here ( just ask them to make the noodle crunchy. Be adventurous, try something they’ve written on the wall. They are all good. The staff is very friendly and the service was fast.
The best Chinese food in town at a very reasonable price. Definitely our favorite place to order take out.
The restaurant is my family favorite! I am Chinese and always scratch my head why I had to drive to south sac for real Chinese food. Since this restaurant had new ownership a few years ago I no longer ask that question anymore. This is the ONLY Chinese restaurant I visit. My experience here today was great the food was delicious and well made. The lunch special is a good value for a grab and go and only took them a few mins to have it ready for me take on the go and eat. Yummerz!!Thank you for a lunch that was quality and better than the daily burger and burrito norm!!
Hello,My husband & I stopped in for Lunch. We waited 10 minutes to be seated when there was only 4 people in the restaurant. The server was very rude , not friendly at all. My Chicken had very little Cashews or Chicken in it & was smoothered with Onions and tons of Bell peppers. It was very bland & tasted horrible. The worst Chinese food I have ever had. I wouldn't recommend this place.
This is an authentic Taiwanese restaurant. Having traveled to Taiwan countless times in the last 15 years and ate at all the local tasty restaurants my local colleagues brought me to, I can say that Rice Express is as authentic as those in Taiwan.We had the braised pork rice (台灣滷肉飯), beef flank over steamed rice (港式牛腩飯) and beef noodle soup（台灣牛肉麵）and these are all taste exactly how I get them in Taipei. Definitely recommend this place!
Can't find a decent Chinese restaurant in Folsom. This place ingredients tasted cheaper than something at a mall food court. The thickener in the chicken chicken mein was excessive and the dish was in edible.
We are happy to have found this authentic Chinese restaurant here in Folsom.Braised pork with rice and Beef noodle soup are my favorite. Will definitely return to try all the other dishes.
