I love this Red Robin. We like to purchase their family hamburger meals. I order online and have it brought out to my car. We can customize each burger with the type of protein and cheese you want. They even have a gluten free bun and a veggie burger. Make sure to ask for condiments otherwise you will only get the Red Robin seasoning.

Continue issue with this location. Three times order food wait 10-15 min for them to come out and explain they were out of something and need to change my order. Then brings the rest of the families good out while others wait.Last time was totally out of pizza crust.Communication folks with your serving staff would be nice if I'm ever back to this location.Quit blaming COVID for your lack of communication

The food was good and the service in the bar for early dinner good. They were having problems with the co2 system. That limited choices on drinks. It was fixed as we finished. Overall a good place for a burger and beer etc.

Fresh food tasted great .. very clean .. great staff

By far the worst customer service….On Jan.25 my family and I were out for my birthday and asked for a table. Did not even get to eat the food or be seated because the hostess just stared at us and blatantly ignored us. After a few seconds of this awkward stare we asked again for a table and she slowly said. “1-hour wait” without even moving to check a list or screen.Body language and tonality of your voice speaks volumes.. more than the words that actually come out of your mouth. That being said, There were a bunch of open tables, this was on a Tuesday and it did not seem to be busy at all. In short, we ended up going to the “Lazy Dog” restaurant just around the way and had the greatest experience in a while =) I am a big fan of red robins, but this specific location left SOUR taste Unfortunately because of their customer Service and character.

The food was good and the service was excellent. It's not a gourmet fi e dining establishment but a great casual place to grab a bite to eat. Compared to other places to get a hamburger it is at the top of the list.

It was a Thursday night at about 5:45pm, we were seated right away. Service was great. Food was good. You pay on the table kiosk, so when you are ready to leave, you don't have to wait for the bill. We'll be back.

Good friendly service. Got there at noon, opening time. No wait. I had the classic cheese burger. Bun was light, but a bit dry. The meat was not too juicy, but overall tasty. Garlic fries were excellent, as well as the onion rings. Plenty of dipping sauces too

Garlic fries were good. However, not quite as much grease as before : (Also, please, please have more staff!!! 2 hour wait time for a party of 5 at 4:30 pm is not acceptable.

This place was dirty upon walking in. We should have left then and there, but as I have never been to one and wanted to try out their food, we stayed. They were short staffed, most tables had all the dishes still left from leaving customers, we had to wait 15 minutes and then decided to just eat at the bar. The situation wasn't much better. The fried came out cold. The burger was "alright" but NOT gourmet. The chicken sandwich was horrible and my friend got sick from it 30 minutes after and she had to run to the bathroom with pain in her stomach. The bartender was friendly but we learned that all staff was new and didn't know much about the business, as well as being short staffed did not help. The food was not accepted and the ambience was dirty. Will never return again. I hope they'll improve on everything.
