We were recommended here by our driver and we’re so excited! Unfortunately the food was very disappointing. The bean dip was refried beans microwaved with grated cheese on top. The red snapper was barley on the plate after searching through all the onions I found a small overcooked dry piece of fish. We told our waiter the food was beyond disappointing she did nothing to try and apologize. We then asked to speak with a manger. The manager spoke to us as if we had no idea how good should taste and basically said that it was our own fault that the food was so nasty. Worst costumer service followed by worst food. Stay clear and spend your money elsewhere
They do not provide salsa with the food. The only way to get any salsa is to pay $3 for chips and salsa. You cannot buy the salsa on its own. The bowl of salsa that comes with the chips is meager at best and not even enough for one plate of food or the chips you are forced to order with it. We ordered a plate of nachos and they didn't come with salsa either despite being a plate of mostly chips. This is the first time I have been to Mexican restaurant that did not provide salsa, most provide chips and salsa for free. Besides that the food is so-so, not worth the premium price they charge at all. La Rosa Blanca and La Taqueria Favorita are much much better.
I was shocked that they put what appeared to be 8-12 ounces of diced carrots in our Beef Fajitas. There was a little bit of Bell Peppers and about 4-6 ounces of flank steak. The waitress was deceptive and uphold me as I ordered a side of beans and she said ok, you want the appetizer, I said a side of beans and she brought the appetizer, a bowl of refried beans and cheese for $11! Food tasted ok. Tortillas were small and only four for an order so had to order multiples. One margarita and one "side" and fajitas was over $61! Plus tip. I fed four the next day at barbecue for $62 and ate better. Very disappointed with the carrot fillers and the deceptive upsell.
Tried the huevos rancheros.Warm corn tortillas smeared with reconstituted pinto beans, two fried eggs covered with enchilada sauce next to a pile of lettuce.Expensive 7&7 cocktail.I dont plan on returning.Food has changed for the worse.
The food is ok but not great but the outdoor seating is great. Decent drink options. Heard they are serving Sutter street grill's menu here but haven't tried it.

The reason I was disappointed in this restaurant was that the food all looked beyond yummy and I was ready to dive in, but.... none of it had a lot of flavor. It just tasted really bland.
Wow, okay let me just say SUPER IMPRESSED. My husband, a friend of mine and I all were looking for a place to go on Cinco de Mayo and settled on here. As expected it was extremely busy but had a wait time of only 30 minutes which for one of the busiest days of a Mexican restaurants year isn’t bad at all. We were able to get some margaritas while waiting and they’ve got their recipe down! Didn’t taste of alcohol at all but sure felt like it lolWait estimated was pretty spot on give or take a few minutes and once seated we got a bowl of chips and salsa right away.Our waitress was super chill and welcoming and checked on us frequently.I ordered the arrachera and I HIGHLY recommend. The menu described it as “grilled juicy flank steak ” yeah, okay. Well turns out they weren’t lying! Every was really good and we were all thoroughly impressed.They had their service down and everything came out fast and delicious. Not from here, but will be back any chance I get!
I don't know why it took me so long to write a review, my wife and I have been coming here for years. The service is always exceptional. The quality of the food is great and with good sized portions ?
Bad service,The food looks like prison food and it was way to expensive for just a burrito and the drinks are way to small to be a medium. Q bole is a bad place to eat food go somewhere else then here
