Poorly managed. Inconsiderate. Power bowl has a pretty bad taste (coconut cream). Didn't expect a processed bowl.

Great place
First off this place was closed at 5:45 pm, when it says it's open till 8pm. I was really looking forward to trying out this place considering that I'm pregnant and have been throwing up all day and can't keep anything down. I'm really disappointed...
Tried going here on a Friday at 6:46pm after a friend recommended their freeze to us, but even though it says they close at 8, they were already closed when we got there. We left disappointed—no hour updates were on the door or anything. Not coming here again if we can’t have confidence that they are even open.
I walked in for a doordash order and I walked out with a shot of chlorophyll and a bottle of celery juice ! Absolutely delicious and refreshing ! Kati was absolutely the sweetest women I have ever met ! She listens/ and makes great eye contact ❤️?? I’m planning on giving juiced a lot of my money ?
Terrible customer service. Confirmed an order for three different acai bowls placed through DoorDash, then told Dasher they didn’t make Acai bowls and I needed to go to Roseville location and I should cancel my order - after they confirmed it and were paid! That meant I had to appeal through DoorDash to get back the $36 for three acai bowls I ordered but didn’t receive. And either I pay dasher for wasted trip or he gets shorted too. To add insult to injury, when I called the store to report the issue, the employee said I should call DoorDash to fix their menu and call customer service. (Hint o the employee - you work for this company - I don’t. You - who work for this company - should fix your menus, not me a customer who just lost money trying to order from wrong menu). No apology for their mistakes of posting an inaccurate menu, then confirming an order they could not fulfill. Poor customer service on every level. Lost this customer. Now going to Nektar to get an acai bowl.
Absolutely delicious beverages that are fresh and healthy. Fabulous experience!
Pretty good, a little expensive for what you get but it's my go-to place when I want cold-pressed juices. The business that was there before used to have smoothies that they used to make fresh to order and they no longer have those. If you want smoothies, they have them but they are pre-made and bottled. Those are still super bomb but I would prefer the smoothies, that's why I knocked off one star. Make sure you join their loyalty program and you can download their app in the Play store or Apple store. I usually end up getting free shots and stuff when I go just for being in the loyalty program. Parking is a little tight but if you are just going to be there for a few minutes, you can park in there to go parking that is across from Red Robin near the park area.
I'm a meat and potatoes kind of guy but the wife's been telling me about this Pressed juicery place for awhile now - she goes there regurlarly. So I decided to give it a try and do a one (yes, lets start with one) day clense. Got six juices - she picked them up for me - and.. well.. I gotta admit, even though that's all I ate all day, I wasn't hungry. Here's the kicker - I actually feel lighter and more focused and energized! Like, my brain's working better... Go figure! I'm not a fan of all these hoity-toity new age nonsense.. but.. got to admit - there's something to it... proof is in the energy. So now I'm gonna test a three day clense... see what happens. Ha! I might actually loose weight! BTW, when there with the wife, the staff (I think she said her name's Kait) was very patient and knowledgeable. I appreciate not being patronized or made look like a dunce just cause I'm new to something... Great job!
