Good food and wide selection. Bakery items are always fresh. Their kitchen sink cookie has to the best cookie I've ever had, although extremely bad for you if you're watching your weight.This place can get extremely busy at times so I always like to order online if I'm getting it for takeout.
The cashier Ryley was absolutely amazing! He was helpful, kind, and had an amazing attitude! Unfortunately, one of the salads I had customized was very wrong, so when I informed Ryley about it he was greatly understanding and made sure it was correct himself before he gave it back to me. I love this Panera and I hope to have Ryley as my cashier the next time I come in!
Great comfort food at a reasonable price. Very relaxing environment with free WiFi. And their $8.99 (check the store bc I may be wrong on the exact price) monthly unlimited coffee/tea plan is incredible!!
I’m never getting food from this location again. I literally go to Panera bread once a week and get the Mac from the location in rocklin ..was feeling under the weather today so I decided to go to my local Panera in Folsom and they gave me soggy Mac ..and not just mine but my daughters Mac was soggy as well ..it was like it was carried over from the day before .. the texture was disgusting the cheese was hardly there ..I definitely won’t be going back to this location
Lovely staff but extremely understaffed and not prepared for the morning rush. Waiting for my breakfast wrap 30 minutes now while the few poor girls behind the counter look overwhelmed! Panera management, do better!
This place is much better than the fast food places around for a lunch. The sandwiches are interesting and all the ingredients seem very fresh. Good salads too.
Long line in front of us but food arrived quickly after we placed the order. Creamy tomato soup was yummy and Mac n cheese was delicious.
45 mins to walk inside to pick up a curbside order. There were 4 other curbside customers enquiring about their orders as well. They willfully ignored calls.. the phone was ringing off the hook, and the AGM refused to provide the number for the GM. If you’re not able to handle Curbside, why not just turn it off. Unacceptable customer service today.
32 minutes for soup and salad. Not sure what is going on here, whether it is understaffing or massive to go orders but, no matter the reason, they need to be clear with people UP FRONT as they order on wait times so people can chose whether to stay or go. Poor management.
Small bit efficient, too bad the menu as shrunk so much lately. Still have good quality ingredients
