Nice and clean
Good food. Come here at least once a week. The consistency of the food could be better. We always order the same thing and sometimes it's great and others, not so much. But it seems to be that was at all Panda Express locations. Note, they just increased the price approximately 10% on the 3 item, and possible other items.
Food was alright. Tasty usual Panda Express. They were very busy around 8 PM, kinda unusual to see.

What is going on with our Folsom Panda Express? Tonite and last month my experience was less than stellar compared to how their service was previously. There isn’t the friendly staff or the level of customer service I have experienced in the past. The quantity of food is not prepared and a few options not available. I went in tonite @4:45 PM and staff said the spring rolls were sold out! Seriously @4:45? Last month still an issue when ordering teriyaki chicken sauce which staff said it was no longer made in the store. Packets to go are the only option! They don’t offer the sauce when ringing your order up and when I have to ask for the packet I get one? Really? I have a double order of teriyaki chicken. Trying to support our local businesses but it’s a two way street!

Ordered online 7 minutes prior to arrival. When I got there, the food was already waiting for me. Shortly before finishing my food, a customer was given a complimentary chocolate chunk cookie for waiting a long time for their food. Food was great, good first-impression here.
I had the almond chicken and the walnut shrimp with the fried rice and vegetables and the two entrees were delicious the fried rice was good the vegetables weren't that great. The only reason I don't give them five stars, it's because I like to place my order online and then go in and pay cash. Their system does not facilitate that. Food was good
