Had a great experience, this time. Staff was organized, friendly, professional, and the restaurant was in great shape. Our waiter, Alex, was a one night transfer from another Olive Garden, and was ON POINT!! Took great care of my party of 4, and never missed a beat.
We dined at the Olive Garden located in the city of Folsom, CA. We ordered the "Tour of Italy", Fried Calamari, Shrimp Fritto Misto and the salad & breadsticks. The portions were generous, we had to pack the leftovers to go. The foods were delicious. Heaven was our waitress. She was very delightful and accommodating. Thank you for a great experience.
Great tasting food! I’ve order curbside pickup several times and it’s always ready early. Employees are always super friendly and best of all, the orders are always correct. Never had anything missing. I know some people make fun of Olive Garden but the menu selection and prices here are great.
I had a $50 gift card so I took my best friend there. Service was good. Breadsticks and salad were good. But my shrimp scampi was the absolute worst I have ever had. Very little sauce, shrimp was fine but cold. The asparagus was thin and mostly the stalk. I didn’t complain, but I should have. I will never order shrimp scampi there again. I have $17 left on the gift card, but I will use it at the Yard House instead of Olive Garden.
Always a nice experience and they were great with the kiddos. Food is good, fairly busy, but didn't feel like people were on top of us.

My family and I had lunch today at Olive Garden. Ashley was our server and she was awesome! I ordered the lasagna for my entree. The manager came over to tell me they sold out. He kindly comped my entree for not having the lasagna. We were taken care of and will be back for the excellent customer service!
We enjoyed every minute of our time eating there. Great service!
Excellent food, Chicken Parmigiana was so very delish!! And, bread sticks, salad is always yummy. Despite it being jam packed inside, the service was great!!!
The menu said grilled shrimp, but was obviously not. Shrimp came out boiled and bland. No seasoning at all. Even the stuffed shells had little taste and that's a hard dish to mess up. Was very disappointed
