Horrible experience. Employees were extremely rude, illogical, and terribly disrespectful. Never supporting them again. They refused to let us buy our yogurt because some of us didn’t have masks, despite the fact that there were people sitting down eating behind us. The unmasked people walked out, and the employees still rudely refused to sell the yogurt to the masked sister that offered to pay for all of it

Absolutely worst business for frozen yogurt I’ve been in. It’s a joke. Don’t waste your time. Employees extremely rude and kicked us out because we didn’t wear a mask and our 2 year olds didn’t wear a mask. This business is a joke for a family outing. Literally took my 2 year old daughters ice cream away and made her cry. Disgrace to Folsom
