Perfect place to get your breakfast/lunch. Protein shakes are so good! I’ll definitely be going at least once a week.
My absolute fave spot in Folsom. The protein shakes are delicious, you feel like you're cheating, but you're not. Also ...the bowls...so good! Love everything about this place and the people who work there too. :)
