I find it humorous that fast food workers want higher wages when they can’t even complete a simple task. I literally had to repeat my order 3 times to the cashier and she still didn’t get my order correctly. This store has messed up my order the last few times I have ordered from there. Not to mention, they are rude. Throw my food in a bag when I’m eating there, give me attitude when I ask for a tray, give me cold/stale fries and tell me “they were just made” when I ask for fresh ones. These people are literally incompetent!
I just went through the drive thru at the McD’s in Folsom, by the Home Depot. Worst service ever! We ordered one large coke and one large shake. The menu read an additional item and when I tried to correct it, the employee gave attitude. Then at the first window, the order was still incorrect, a different employee was waiting for the other girl to fix it. The order was $5.81 and I gave the girl a $20 and then handed her a penny, she told me it was too late, she punched it in already to the computer. I told her the penny was so I didn’t get additional penny’s back. She still gave them to me. When we moved to the window to get our drinks, a girl handed one to me and basically tossed the second. She didn’t acknowledge us in any other way and closed the window. I firmly stated through the clear barrier between us “have a good night.” I’ve been in service/management for over 20 years, this experience was awful. I will never go back to this McD’s. Very sad, in a time where prices are raising and people have more choices, providing superior customer service should be a high priority. We should’ve gone to Chick-Fil-A.
No bacon on my Bacon Double Quarter Pounder…and rude staff, atleast they got the No Slivered Onions right…
Bad experience. 3rd time in a week that the McD app gave me a code for a deal that did not work while I was in the drive thru line and I had to pay full price.
waited while the gal at register finished taking. . Touched my bag 2 x but didn't find it yo me at drive thru window... she was rude didn't even greet me.
If you have this type of managers running your business (Elizabeth) you should probably rethink your decision. Unprofessional, rude and definitely not willing to help out the costumers.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The boy working the drive thru was extremely rude and gave attitude when we said we felt super rushed to order. He kept cutting us off and mocking my mother who has an accent (not a strong one I might add). Will not return to a place that has employees who are rude for no reason. They should be trained to have manners.
Ordered 10 pc nuggets, was told they didn't have any, then suddenly they hand me a box. No dip and fries were horrible. Couldn't or wouldn't refund. Told them I won't come back here again so the female manager slammed the window shut. So I'm out $15 and no food. Horrible. Took my money and slammed the window in my face.
It's slow as molasses but if you got the time and it's really easy so just have to be patient or not
This McDonald's had homeless people soliciting customers in the drive thru for money. The building was dirty the food was not warm and they had no ice cream. It was a very disappointing meal for McDonald's.
