This location is amazing! To start off, I normally go to the East Bidwell location. I went through the drive through and I'm just amazed with the customer service I received from Jonathan. He had many cars in drive though and he got to me at the speaker to place my order, he was very patient and friendly. On top of that, he made me aware that my fries where just dropped and could take a few minutes. I said no problem, which I told him I would be willing to park to wait so I wouldn't hold up the line. I was parked for 2 minutes and Robert came out withy order, he was super nice and thanked me for waiting so patiently! He also requested to ensure everything I ordered was correct in my bags before I left (never happen to me before!!!!) Top serviced at this location!

So this McDonald's is ok they have bathroom which were smelling and clean ...the customer service was good but could of been better... The place was clean and the parking lot could've cleaner too...my food was what I order at least my food wasn't hot and plus the fries were so good and salty I love McDonald's fries over any other place I go to so when I come here I pick McDonald's over burger king yes the lines for drive thru are long but it's short to go inside to order them wait in drive thru for your orders..

Our visit here today was nice the gentleman at the counter was nice, we were sitting in the play area just to sit and eat unfortunately that wasn't allowed so we kindly moved and all was good. Our food was good kiddos were happy with there Happy Meals.Overall we had a nice visit but it would've been nice be able to let my kiddos play in the playplace since it's almost the last one in existence due to the locations looking streamline and it not having a Happy place to bring children vibe anymore.. oh well thank you for the nice service and delicious food.

Food is always cold here. In addition, this is probably the worst McDonald's I ever been to around the entire sacramento/greater sacramento region and from my travels, within all of Northern California lol.To add more fuel to the fire, they state serving breakfast all day but chose when they want to serve it.The McDonald's down the street towards Auburn-Folsom road does it all day. Their staff even said they choose to serve all McDonald's menu all hours of operations and they deliver with exceptional customer service and fresh food despite the time it takes. There is such a huge difference in franchise ownership, it's crazy. I'll be going there from now on.Moreover, as a person who works 80+ hours a week, it's hard to come during breakfast times and I'm quite disappointed in this location each and everytime.I'll never come back to this location no matter how close I am working in this vicinity. It's really ridiculous to be honest. I'll make sure to leave a review on every website possible for this location. On an empathetic/sympathetic note, I understand everyone is over worked and understaffed, however, I want to mention so is the rest of the working nationTo contrast, thank you for working and doing what you guys do everyday, all day. As well as providing decent customer service. I wish this location would just deliver what they advertise, plus more.Respectfully,A foodie on-the-go

The workers there are the best mickey D's I have ever been too

Busy drive through at night, but line moved quickly. Friendly staff!

They are always either under staffed, closed, screwing up the order, or inconsistent.Head up the road to the next location. It's worth your time and effort.

I had a hot fudge sundae and it was literally the best hot fudge sundae I've ever had for McDonald's in my life. I don't normally like those or get those but this one, was AMAZINGGGGG

I was placing my order in the drive-thru and they “couldn’t/didn’t” 4 breakfast items I requested. I asked if they were open for business and was told they were. I terminated the order & continued to drive thru to the Bidwell & Wales store. No ingredients for a smoothie, waterline issues, etc. Shouldn’t the health department be called? I will be chatting with corporate today. This is <> store, they are known for not opening on time.
