Loved this place when they were a little shop on Auburn Blvd, then when they moved to Fulton Ave. Now the Folsom location is my go to spot and the food remains consistent and amazing through the years and buildings. Great family and absolutely amazing food.The carnitas are my personal favorite and cannot recommend it enough.

I absolutely loved my dish;The Chicken mole. They make the best refried beans in town because it contains lard. My boyfriends dish was also very delicious . He ordered Mamas Chicken. We will definitely be coming here often
Food is amazing. Great service. Liquor would make it perfect but if you want some excellent authentic Mexican food and a cervesa or several this is the spot.
Found this tiny gem after going to the Christmas Sutter Street fair. What a great find. Took a bit to get our food then they brought just brought out half our order. Took another good 5 minutes to get the rest. Upon waiting it definitely looked good. Then the rest came. Definitely worth the wait. Food was excellent! I’ll be sure to hit that spot again when in the area. Our waitress was very attentive, friendly and polite.
