This used to be the best sandwich place with great customer service! Every time we go in the last month it is closed early even though they say they should be open. The staff has completely changed and they aren’t as friendly or helpful as before! They just want to close up to get out of there early for the night! We will be looking for a new sandwich place!!!
Great service but not a great sandwich especially for the price. Also if you dont ask for mayo or mustard your sandwich comes dry
I've been wanting to try Jersey Mike's subs! My friend from NJ says they're great! Well, they were good. I still love sourdough & co,They put more meat on theirs.The people working were absolutely not peopley. Not ONE WORD from them! The only time one of them spoke was to ask if I wanted ? and didn't even look at me. It was super awkward quiet between themselves as well. I noticed one guy standing at the front forever. Nobody acknowledged him. He walked in before us and was still standing there as we left. We actually had to guess where to go up and order. Is this like subway where you go along the line? Or like Sourdough & Co, where you go to register and order?? Well, they weren't going to tell us! We were awkwardly wondering. Lol! It was not busy. Only two people dining and then us and the guy standing at the front register area forever. My son said maybe he was with grub hub. I don't think he was, and I wouldn't want my grub hub person to have to wait that long for my food anyway.
If you've never ate at jersey Mike's you've missed out on a delicious sub. Their service is great and friendly.
Absolute best sub shop around,these guys are awesome. Friendly,super fast and are tops at what they do. Food is always fresh and on point. Be sure to leave them a good tip,they certainly earn it and definitely deserve it.Kudos to y'all at Jersey Mike's!!!?
Very busy but have a good system. Got the chicken Philly and was nice and hott even after my 10 minute drive home.
Just got 2 sandwiches and I messed up the order, size, type of sandwich but the young lady working was so nice and I just was certain that the sandwiches would be amazing and they were. She wasn't annoyed or frustrated as I said yes this way than oh wait maybe this also. Not that stuff etc etc. Normally I would assume that whatever Iend up getting it won't be great but this was the opposite, she almost knew what I wanted to order and literally the best sando I've had this year. Amazing all around and I sincerely thank you. Great Job to the young lady at Folsom store!!
First I want to start by saying, I really like the sandwiches here. With that being said, the customer service is mediocre at best. Went and picked up two large california club sandwiches costing over 30 dollars for a football game. I start watching my game and open up my sandwich and the avocado was brown. Not the brown from a little time on the sandwich, but brown when it went on the sandwich. So after the game I take them back, not having eaten yet, and they tell me I waited to long to bring them back. WHAT!!!!! You ruined my game and you won't even replace them??? Wow, so I ask to speak to the manager and was told that the manager was not going to come out and that I waited too long. The girl at the front even said that the avocado was brown when they put it on my sandwich due to the avocados they were receiving were not the best. SO TAKE IT OFF THE MENU IF THE PRODUCE YOU RECEIVED WAS NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO SERVE!
I got this gift cards for Christmas first time ever trying this place didn't know it exists it's the best chicken bacon ranch sandwich I've had in a long long time better than Subway in Togo's I'd rate it up there with the firehouse five star
My favorite sandwich place ever! They’re super considerate of vegetarian requests and options and the sandwiches are always amazing. Go here if you want great service and even better food!
