Forgot an entire combo from my order. So I'm out 10 bucks because they also didn't give me a receipt. This was the last jack in the box I would go to since all the others have become this kind of service. I'm just going to stop eating here. Burger king has a better track record and that should say all you need to know.
Whoever worked tonight.... All i know it was a Latino crew (who took my order & who put the food together)They did 115% in my book.Fresh as can be from the tacos to the ultimate bacon cheese burger to the Curly fries.EVERYTHING WAS HOT & FRESH ?Keep that team together because it's very rare to get every item fresh as can be, especially fast as well!1st time eating fast food in 3 months and I'm glad when I did it was absolutely amazing!You know it good when you have to right a positive review!

I bought 2 spicy chicken burger combo.The buns were dry no mayo or any other dressing, a tiny piece of lettuce (like it was the last piece on earth), no tomatoes.One of the chicken pieces was burnt & the other not thoroughly cooked.The meal was not enjoyable.On a positive note, the staff was pleasant & friendly.
Friendly staff , tasty food, infact there was food in that box, I didn't see any jack or anything similar to it
The service at the Folsom Jack-in-theBox was horrendous! The young lady at the drive thru, Aujanae, argued w/me when I had to go back thru the drive thru because they forgot my onion rings. They didn't give me a receipt. (The store was closed, couldn't go inside) Aujanae was extremely rude, I asked for the manager, he berated me. I gave them the food back and asked for a refund, he practically threw the money at me and I had no idea if it was even the correct amt!! All because I let them know they forgot my onion rings!!! Aujanae rudely told me two times that my onion rings were in the bag, that she had "personally" packed them in my bag. Then told me at the window I shouldn't be concerned because she "forgot" to charge me for them!!!! I definitely will NEVER go back there!!
This is the second time I went to the drive thru and no one is around. It’s 1030PM and just got off work and I expect a 24 hour food joint to be open as advertised. What’s the deal?
The employees here at this folsom location clearly care about what we purchase and consume. I understand not everyone is FOR fast food. I enjoy it, this is my personal opinion. If you're looking for fresh, hot and good quality for its value then please stop by and give them a chance to treat you the way they have me. I've gone here many times and the food has always been fresh and ready in a short amount of time. Even during lunch hours they get the line moving, and I never spend more than 3 - 5 minutes through out the whole process. I have to give them a good rating because they and their food deserve it.
This jack n the box has improved alot way better tasting food. It's definitely my go to place for a quick bite late at night.
For coming up on 2 years now this Jack in the Box has wasted everybody's time late night it claims it's open 24 hours a day but it's not but it takes people's online's orders 24 hours a day but not there to give you your food. This Jack in the Box really needs to be closed, it's awful. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, TIME OR PATIENCES ON THIS PLACE!
