Hands down the best Chinese restaurant in Folsom and amongst the best of any restaurants in Folsom for its food, staff and historic ambiance. The won ton soup is incredible with the 7-8 wonton, bok Choi and umami-filled broth and the egg rolls are bigger than anything I've ever seen anywhere else. Been coming here for over 4 decade ls now and it's never let me or my family down.

It was my first time here tonight for dinner and the food was amazing. We had the sweet and sour chicken, garlic green beans, pot stickers, and hot tea. The service was great and the food was really delicious. It blew my mind. I recommend going if your in the Sutter street area.
Our first time at this restaurant. Ordered pot stickers, egg rolls and combination plates. Everything was delicious! And, employees were very nice. The man even carried our food out to my car. This will be my Go to from now on when I crave Chinese food!

Wonderful family owned restaurant. Great food , service and atmosphere. I don’t know how they make a profit on such low prices for so much quality food. We brought home three cartons of left overs. Good people.
Hop Sing Palace has been in business under the same family since 1957. In historical Folsom, the ambience is very comforting and festive. I have eaten here twice now and find that to date it has the best Chinese food in the Sacramento area. Excellent food, excellent service and reasonable prices. The only dish I did not take a photo of was the really good hot and sour soup we ordered. We ate it too fast and I forgot. Lol
The food is great as well as the service and overall atmosphere. Food portions are big so don’t order too much. Visit the bathroom it is very cool ?
Delicious egg rolls and chow mein. We love this place and visit frequently. If you are from the East Coast of US, it's more like Chinese food from there. Great service, nice owner, longtime fan of both dine-in and takeout. The meal specials are great, too. Love it.
Really good service; the food was fresh and hot when served. I felt the food I ordered could have used a little more flavour. Portions were big and prices were pretty good too. One more little thing is they could use a little more lights. Four out of five stars.
I have been eating here since 1984… there war wonton, egg foo young, general chicken, egg rolls, pork fried rice, honey walnut shrimp are the best!!!! Now as an adult my family and I spend birthdays and some special occasions here. Love the location and vintage Old Folsom vibe!!
