My family and I love this place. This is the only sushi we go to now, plus I always take my friends here! The staff is amazing, they are so kind and check up on us multiple times. The food is incredible! I always get the rolls and the size of them makes the price reasonable. Definitely 5 stars.

This place is more for terriyaki and rolls. Do not order any Nigiri or Sashimi. The quality of Nigiri and Sahsimi are so bad, they are sliced super thin and the taste is not fresh at all.The rolls are okay because there is a bunch of sauce/toppings so it masks the flavor the fish.I would only go back if there is nothing else to eat in the area.
The food here is very, very, good! When I walked in the staff was very nice and greeted me well. The place seemed very clean, and it was fun to see all the beautiful decorations. The waiter was kind as well and gave us time with ordering, not rushing us at all. I ordered chicken teriyaki, with fried potatoes, and a salad. It was so delicious! Usually teriyaki can be either too overpoweringly sweet, or on the more bland side for me. This sauce they used was a perfect balance. I was very pleased with my food.
Stopped in on a Friday afternoon for all-you-can-eat lunch. Very good quality and even better service. The place was jam packed. Not Mikuni quality but pretty close and a tremendous value.
Great food. Sat at the bar. Sushi chefs were very on point. Made special orders that were phenomenal! This is not your ordinary sushi...it's above and beyond good.
I am a nigiri sushi eater. I had tried this restaurant few times when they offered all you can eat, pre pandemic. The slices of fish meats were so thin you could see through them. And big rice balls! You typically expect that from all you can eat establishments. But these were the worst I had ever seen Because of the pandemic, I recently ordered the nigiri sushi to go and they were not all you can eat. I assumed they would be comparable to other sushi restaurant nigiri sushi at full price. My mistake. They were still paper thin slice of fish meat, the same as all you can eat. I don't understand why this place get voted best Japanese restaurant in Folsom/El DoradoHills area by a local magazine. I am not going back there.
Great deal to have sushi buffet here. Great service as well. I love their "firecracker" (tempura jalapeno, spicy tuna, cream cheese), and you can ask for it without topping sauce.
Fresh fish, fresh wasabi & GF soy sauce available, and well-made rolls equate to everything I'm looking for in a sushi spot.
This place is fantastic! I’m from San Diego and love sushi and this place is some of the best sushi I’ve ever had. The quality, freshness and flavor of each item we ordered was amazing. We ordered the crispy rice, the Johnny Cash and the Wildfire. And we got in immediately on a Friday night at 7! We will be coming back.
