We came here with our family for a celebration lunch. Our server was fantastic. The ambiance was so nice. And, we had a great time going around the nearby little shops of downtown Folsom.
Great place to casually grab a good meal and continue your shopping. The staff greeted me with a smile and helped genuinely. Nicole was our excellent waitress who showed up right away to secure us that she was eager to get us started. The carnitas half portion was plenty for me as a 6'2 200lb guy. My wife enjoyed her fajitas, as well (chicken). Great time, enjoyable atmosphere, and engaging staff. That checks enough solid boxes for me. Thanks Nicole, and team. #withlove
Great service, decent food. Excellent margarita selection however weak margarita. We ordered Shimp diablo and shrimp ceviche.
We stopped in for lunch and later that evening mentioned to friends our experience. Unanimously they said this place used to be good but no more. Couldn't agree more. Chips were fine, server friendly, the ceviche was sweetened with something, shrimp was hard to it find in that soupy mixture, bean dip was something right out of the can. We had to stop there. It was just awful. I can't recall the last time I had to leave a meal uneaten. The Mexican restaurant a block away is so so much better.
amazing food and stellar view! everything was delicious and service was incredible! only thing I can think of that I didn't like was the styrofoam storage boxes. if they were paper, I'd say this place was perfect!
I give this place a 3/4 stars! We had reservations for 1PM for 13 guest. The service wasn't that great. The servers we very rushed and short patient. We did have 13 people to serve tho. I would give the food 4/5 stars. The food is pretty good. I'll give there top shelf margarita a 2/3 stars. Not very impressive. Came in a square shaped plastic cup. And didnt really taste that great. I would probably eat there again but not with a large group.
Good food, great service, indoor seating with great views of the American River Canyon, outdoor seating on a deck overlooking Historic Sutter Street and a nice bar area for casual seating and fun. We've been going to Hacienda for years and always have a good time. Lunch or dinner. They have it all. Highly recommended.

I can't think of anything to complain about so 5 stars. I had the Carnitas lunch and my wife had the Chicken Fajitas lunch. Her food was just a bit tastier than mine. The service was good. We also had the strawberry margaritas. We sat in a nice spot on the deck.
