Visiting the Folsom El Pollo loco today. The wait time was a bit long but they were working on a catering order. The manager that helped us was very nice well at least I thought he was the manager he seemed like he had things under control:) I had the new shredded beef quesadilla WOW so tasty!!! I truly hope that I can count on El Pollo loco to keep this on their menu ?? if you do I will be back I do like your chicken, but it can be a little dry: (that's what a good sauce is for...
I come here almost everyday for lunch. These guys are truly hard working. Pollo Loco is always crazy full with customers. Their staff manages to provide excellent customer service and fast food delivery even when they are short staffed.
If I could leave no stars I would. The manager was incompetent and had no people skills. They had a new hire who was trying his best and the manager could not bother with helping him. They forgot to put in our order, can I add that we were one of the only customers there at the moment. After finally getting our order it was wrong. We reordered and it was wrong again. They could not understand a simple chicken salad, first we got taqitos, then a fried tostada salad. We ended up just keeping the tostada salad as half of our group was already almost finished eating. Bad service and bad attitude from the manager.
We visited the Folsom location and went in to order, they were exceptional in customer service going above our expectations! Not only the cashier taking our order but the cooks ect. With the food being very good and the customer service we will DEFINITELY be coming back.
Order was wrong, horrible flavor, cost was ridiculous for quality and left two of us with upset stomachs. Never again!! It's really gone downhill over the years.
Love the taco salads! Food is cooked fresh, we eat here often! Great staff, quick to wait on their customers!
PRETTY DAMN GOOD. been staying in sacremento coming from Louisiana for about 2 months now this place is definitely in my top 5 list of my eateries deff recommend to those who wants actual flavor in there food
We had the Chicken taco bowl and it was a very good and more than enough to eat.
My first time at this EPL, mid-afternoon, not busy, great staff and very clean store. Good food and a good day. What more can one ask for (?)
After they opened at folsom location we had an horrible experience with in-store ordered togo order with burn chicken that had burnt bones tossed in with the burnt inedible chicken.I must say they have striven to improve on that experience! This is the second drive through experience that well exceeded our expectations.Thank you again. My partially devoured double chicken bowl
