All Dutch Bros are awesome, and this is no exception. Best employees (as always), incredible customer service, great environment. This is why I give DB my business, they clearly take care of their employees, and the employees clearly love working there.
It was our first time attending. So the employees were generous enough to give us an extra drink, "on the house".I got this "Electric Berry" soda slushee.The other drinks were some sort of Coffee Freeze (I am forgetting the name - Compound Freeze? It's pictured in their menu).Both were flavorful - delicious.
Dutch does a good job with their drinks. I like them as a change up from other places. I like their bigger sizes.
So let me start off I was in the drive thru the other morning with my kid and our server kelly asked what I wanted kind of rude the worse part was her breath smelled like a dumpster fire maybe u u guys can offer breath mints to employees with bad hygiene
Incredibly disappointed with the service that we received today here. Wait was very long at the walk up, which is not why I am complaining due to how busy it was, but they screwed up our drink the first time giving us the wrong drink. After going back up and waiting for them to get us the drink we ordered, they messed up the drink a second time leading to us having to have a manager come out to make sure that the third drink was correct. (I honestly don't even think they remade the drink the second time because they gave us the exact same wrong drink again) they eventually got it right, but it should not have taken 45 minutes and 3 tries to get a midnight iced tea
My wife and I go here regularly the staff is friendly the service is quick and the drinks are good. My wife gets an Irish cream cold brew, extra sweet with a soft top while I get a black tea iced tea. Both are very good.
Great drinks + friendly service here. Drive thru is often long but that’s a good sign! Haha. I much prefer the drinks here compared to Starbucks. So many to choose from. ??
I tried the Americano ☕ ?This place is Great! The Crew that works there is Awesome... they always keep the line moving.
I make a 30min trip just to get the rebels from these guys. The staff is super nice & positive even if you're not & are having a bad day. But they always make you leave with a smile :) couldn't be happier with the service
