Every Friday and Saturday night this place is complete chaos. Pizzas that should take 30 minutes to make take about 1.5 to 2 hours to make. The app tracker completely lies about the amount of time that is needed to fulfill the orders.The crews seem to try their best to complete the orders, but they appear to be woefully understaffed. Management should come to this location on Friday and Saturday night to re-evaluate their staffing levels to meet customer demands.
I ordered over the phone and they gave me a wait time of 30-45 minutes. After 70 minutes, I called the store and asked about the delivery status.The employee said that it was going to be another 45 minutes to an hour for my order. I said, the lady I spoke with on the phone with earlier said it was significantly less. She then replied, 'who I spoke with earlier was the call center, and that I always need to assume an hour and a half to two hours for Friday nights.I told her what I should assume is the time frame that was given to me from the employee that I spoke with earlier is correct. She didn't like that answer, and here we are.
Over two hours from order to delivery and an hour longer than their estimation. Pizza was cold, undercooked, and mediocre at best.Thought I'd try Domino's for their speed, but they don't even have that going for them. Support independent businesses instead.
Ridiculous. I couldn’t even make an order after I kept getting transferred to a 3rd world country. For Pizza? What you guys are crazy?The answering service first said they couldn’t process my order because I wanted half and half. So they transferred me to the actual location in Folsom. Which no one picks up.I called again this time ordering two pizzas to avoid the half and half problem. Well, they don’t take credit cards over the phone.Ok so I said I’ll pay cash. Well two pizzas were sixty something. She said sorry we can’t take over $50 in cash.It’s impossible to order.
Pizza was a little dry but not bad considering the price. Workers seemed friendly enough and food was ready when I got there (ordered online). Lava cake dessert was great!
I am so glad I live next to this Domino's! The food is always really well made, the staff is extremely friendly, and it's always a great experience getting food from here. This is definitely the best Domino's in Sacramento. Thank you Folsom Domino's staff!!!

Deep dish always good...usually get a couple deep dish 7.99 extra cheese pizzas with the garlic parm sauce. A+ always good.
Disappointed. I understand there are shortages of workers- but an establishment should adjust customer expectations up front. I placed an order online and when it went past the original delivery projected time - I checked the tracker and another hour had been added to the original 1-1.5 hour estimate. Since it was getting late I called the store to say I could pick it up. I did, pizza was barely warm and I didn’t receive my soda or sauces and the driver tip of 8 bucks plus the delivery charge still appeared on my bill. Wow! I wouldn’t do an online order with Domino’s again. I’m giving two stars because I feel sorry for the ladies working there - otherwise it would be a zero star rating
