If you want GOAT HAIR in your biriyani, then Curry Bowl is the place to go. Don't hesitate to order, because you'll have fun with your family and friends counting all the goat hairs in your biriyani. Summer fun!People reading this - Save yourself from this place. Usually I don't care much about finding a hair or two in food, because, that can be tolerated and I'll let it go. But I've never seen so much hair in a biriyani, like a dozen or more. It appeared as though someone deliberately did it. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I contacted the restaurant multiple times to have them rectify the situation. Then the owner, who was not in town, messaged me, apologizing and said he'll refund me 50%. 1 week later, I still don't get the refund. I gave them a chance and it's a shame :( . I dont know if others rating this place high is eating blindfolded. See pics attached.Response to owner: No, I won't give you an "opportunity to serve you better". You said 50% refund and you still havent cared about it. Actions speak louder than words!
One of the best biryani places! We ordered butter naan, chilly gobi, chilly bajji and biryani. This place has amazing! If you’re a spice lover, then this is an ideal restaurant for you.
I didn't like any of the items I ordered. They are confused between north indian vs south Indian recipes. Never take spring rolls and crispy babycorn from here if you are looking for those really crispy spring rolls or the grilled babycorns.Vegetarian options: They have a lot of veg options Parking: Abundant parking in the complex
Very nice Indian joint in Prairie City USA. We enjoyed our food thoroughly.Being Indian we went to this place for bite of Indian food. The paneer makhani was really good, my daughter couldn't stop eating it. I enjoyed the simple Dal Tadka & Roti. The malai tikka was a little different than what we eat but it was fine. The ambience was nice & clean.
Food tasted good just wish it came in a bigger plate they could do better with the cups we ended up drinking in a small plastic cup. The worst part was when they didn’t have any cash to give back my change I waited for almost more than 15 minutes just for them to give me change back from a 20 dollar bill. The bathroom was disgusting only one roll of toilet paper and the toilet paper looked like it fell in water with blood all over it ?. The paper plates and paper cups was really funny to me I thought it would be a classy place in Folsom but I felt like I was in south sac. I don’t think I’ll come back here again.
Greasy and too spicy curry . South Indian food was neither tasty , nor authentic. Chutney was stale and Vada was not fried through . Veg uttapam was full of cabbage . Really !!! I am unsure of the 4/5 ratings by others .Service is reasonable.
Very good Indian food! The spice flavors came through nicely. Medium hot is a good level of spice for people who do not eat a lot of spicy food. We had the Butter Chicken and Chicken Tikka Masala. Entrées come with rice. The Garlic Naan was some of the best I've ever had. It actually tasted like it had garlic on it. They are definitely low on staff, but an enjoyable experience all the same. The man who was serving us was all smiles even through he was serving many tables. Thank you for our delicious meal!
This place has a variety of Indian food. Food quality and quantity is really good and tastes delicious. We simply loved their Sambar! It is affordable place as well.Highly recommend this place.
Dinner was absolutely delicious! My husband and I went here for dinner after our local Indian restaurant closed down. We ordered the malai kofta, paneer makani, garlic naan, and a sweet lassi. We asked our waiter to recommend a dish (we wanted to try something new), and he suggested the mixed veg korma. Everything was fantastic! We will definitely be returning.
The staff was very polite, paid attention to the details of our order and service was quick. Food was served hot and delicious! Definitely recommend eating here.
