Gross. Undercooked. They looked cool. Box was cool. But 6 cookies for $30. I’ll take my chances at the grocery store. 8 of us sat and thought it’d be cool to do a cookie tasting. Not one was great. One was slightly ok… way overrated, bland, overpriced.
I would like to complain about Emily who work at Crumble Cookie. I have attachment the photo to see how she was very rude to my wife and her friend who isn’t in this town, plus they are deaf. She was laughing the whole time like she didn’t respect other. It really mess up, however didn’t provide ACCOMMODATIONS to write because she was too busy laughing and they be rude. Im not sure if they was being racism because my wife and her friend Asian. That 2 option I can think off. I hope she get fired. That not the way treat the customer that way. If I went there, it wouldn’t be pretty as long we all treat fairly. Hmm! There was another person who working with Emily waving like he think he is funny and act like nothing happen. Different flavors each visit. Always fresh and taste amazing! A bit pricey but definitely have a unique great taste.
I would definitely recommend checking the weekly cookie lineup. With a constantly changing menu your sure to find a cookie you love, but be sure to grab a few. There's no telling when it will return. A perfect way to treat yourself or a special gift for someone else.
Been there 5 times with orders no less than 6 cookies as gifts or get together each time since they opened. It’s a great concept - but not consistant. Half the cookies are raw cookie dough every time. If they can overcome that I would highly recommend.
If you know you know. I always order more than I should but how can you not? I usually double up on the original that's always available milk chocolate chip & at least one of every other flavor they have at that time. Changes weekly. I just wish they had one closer to where I live. Have yo drive 30 mins to get some but TOTALLY WORTH IT
Some of the most amazing cookies ever!! Always fresh even when you place an order, they pack them right then and there for you no matter late or on time. Always coming back for cookie goodness
Super friendly and hard-working staff. Plus, they make the most delicious cookies. They vary the recipes weekly, so they cover all the flavor preferences out there. When they have my favorites, I buy extra and freeze them. They are still super yummy after letting them thaw 20 minutes or so. Enjoy!
These cookies will bow you mind, and you wallet. 4 dollars a cookie but man Is it worth it. You can't go wrong with the S'mores cookie.
Here's the thing. These aren't gourmet cookies. They're visually appealing but they lack real flavor. Their size does not make up for the fact that the middle of these cookies are consistently under cooked. If you like eating raw cookie dough, these cookies are for you. You're better off grabbing cookies from Panera. No hate towards the business...marketing and branding is exceptional. But if you're coming here expecting amazing cookies, you're gonna be disappointed.
