Ordered a door dash from this place last night. Part of the order was missing when the door dasher delivered it. My wife called and notified them about the situation the staff there didn't sound like they knew what was going on and they told her to hold on so they can give her the phone number of the manager. First off extremely unprofessional secondly she got hung up on and was not able to call the number back.DO NOT order Door Dash from this restaurant or give them any business.
We managed to avoid the huge ice cream creations that this place is famous for and settled instead for a couple of small cups of ice cream. We were happy.
I have been going to Coldstone's since they first opened in Arizona. Even in CA, the quaily and ice cream are just as good as the original. We stopped by here for a treat after my wife had some oral surgery. The staff were awesome. Would go back again.
I really wish the two signs plastered on the door were enough to enforce people to wear a mask, but most people feel they are above the requests of businesses in today’s landscape. Some follow the rules, others do not. It would be nice to see management enforce this. If you aren’t concerned, fine—I get it. But enforce a rule if you have a sign. It just adds confusion for everyone all around.

Yummy ice cream with a nice place to sit outside. All sorts of ice cream flavors and toppings that can be blended in or left on top, depending on how you like it. The young people who work there are friendly and efficient!

Jordan and Jenna were working the store this evening, and were a one-two tag team of speed and efficiency as always in whipping together the ice cream creation I ordered, and Jordan served the finished dairy confection to me with her million-watt smile. Service like that is why it's my favorite place in town to get ice cream.
