Beyond hot inside this place. 1 fan running for the whole place. We were sat by the window with only one seat and told we would be put in the next table. Even though we watched several people leave and others seated. The wine flights were extra warm by the time we got to the end due to how hot it was inside. I would recommend going somewhere else. The food and drinks across the street at plank kitchen is 1000% better and they have air conditioning ?
If you're in downtown Folsom or looking for a nice little adventure check out Citizen Vine.The day we went there were people dresses in costume - think Tombstone or fancy frontier style.I believe they meet there regularly.My first 2 second red wine selections were out but my 3rd choice was great. Service was great.I will definitely go again.

Really cozy spot for wine and small plates. The customer service is fantastic and even though we've only been in a handful of times, the staff remembered us and took time to engage. Chicken tacos are awesome, and the charcuterie board was HUGE, although I confess I didn't touch any vegetables except for the tiny gherkins. On our last visit, a little husband and wife band called Chicken and Dumplings was playing jazz/blues covers, which was fun and added to the ambience.

Absolutely loved Citizen Vine and the whole atmosphere. Our tapas were amzing as were our glasses. We had the Asparagus Prosciutto Bundles and Margherita Flatbread add protein. We each had a glass of Cab Sauv, "Heavyweight", so good! Our server Shannan, was absolutely amazing! She served a full house, by herself and never missed a beat, while keeping a delightful vibe. Will definitely be back!
Always an enjoyable experience. The mac'n cheese is our guilty pleasure. Best on weekends when there is live music.

Wine was fine. Everyone was really sweet. The food leaves a lot to be desired. Really nice location, mediocre food... That's Sutter St for you, I suspect.
