Happened to stop in here since I saw the slice sign on the sidewalk and I’m glad I did stop in. As a former owner of a pizza franchise, I can tell you this pizza was on point. Great crust, the right amount of sauce and even the plain cheese pizza slices I got were delicious. Another thing that stood out for me was the cleanliness of the place. I think the gentleman who helped me was the owner and he was very friendly and welcoming. Based on the environment and his positive attitude, I told him I’d be back as I grabbed my slices to go. After 1 bite, I considered making a U-turn to get a whole pie. I’ll have to come in with my family soon. Thanks for a great experience.
I stopped by the new location at 1300 East Bidwell St. near Peats Coffee on 2.10.2022. here is my review:Arguably one of the most important parts of pizza, is the crust. Ciro's has mastered the perfect thickness with a crispy bottom and soft, chewy top. Not only were they exceptional with the crust but the service was on point.We decided on the Mountain Top, there version of a combination with all the toppings and all I can say is WOW. It was baked perfect and piled with fresh ingredients.We also got an appetizer called Pepperoni Bites. They were made of pizza dough with peperoni , wrapped in cheese then rolled and cut into individual bite sized pieces. These were delish!The place was clean and I liked the open kitchen design with old school brick ovens.I highly recommend stopping by and giving them a try.
I first tried this place last weekend. I ordered the combination without realizing it included tomatoes. One of the chefs removed all the tomatoes and even added extra cheese. He didn’t seem bothered by the extra work. I felt bad for asking him to remove the tomatoes, but he was friendly and great. The pizza was delicious. I’ll definitely return.
Yes! Quality, love linguicia and cup pepperoni. Sauce is on point. Cool place to chill after lunch rush.
Hands down the best pizza place in Folsom. The food itself is amazing, super high quality ingredients and very solid execution in terms of cooking. However, what really won me over was.the customer service...ordering online is super easy with Chow Now and when the staff does mess something up...which is rare...they own it...make a new pizza and give you the one they messed up. If you are looking for pizza in Folsom..look no further!
Thank you for reaching out for my feedback. I had deleted my initial comments because it did not seem to represent other peoples experience at the restaurant or our previous experience. It was definitely a quality control issue with the pizza. After seeing your question, I called the local restaurant to provide verbal feedback to the manager instead of posting it publicly. The manager was apologetic and wanting to make things better and invited me back for another try. I appreciate the commitment to service.
Pizza was excellent. It is a smaller restaurant with pretty moderate prices. I enjoyed the pizza very much, the sauce tasted fresh, cheese was nice and thick, and crust was made to perfection. You don't find a lot of places like this these days. Yummy!
The pizza was very tasty and loaded with toppings. Best pizza in Sacramento and I will be telling all my friends. And to top it off excellent customer service. Good job Ciro's, I will definitely make this my go to place now!
Delivery is not worth it.Twice I have had bad experiences. The most recent one, delivery guy left the pizza outside 15 feet from the home, in the rain. There was never a knock or attempt to contact. I get that apartment complexes have a lot of numbers but calling or attempting to contact would have been appreciated. Tossing away pep bites since there wasn’t a seal placed on it.Ciro’s blamed DoorDash when calling about the situation. Only alternative offered was to physically go pick up fresh pep bites.Beware of using Delivery since they are using third party delivery people. No accountability for delivery mistakes.
When I am craving a Pizza, I am always looking for the freshest ingredients and service. My go to Place is Ciro's Pizza in Folsom and Citrus Heights. My favorite is their Tuscan Pizza loaded with all kinds of Fresh vegetables, Sauce's and Cheese. Their service is great also. Not once have I been disappointed!!
