Ordered food off the Chipotle app for delivery, delivery person brought the wrong order. Okay no problem, but Chipotle app doesn't offer a solution to rectify the issue. I drive to the store and bring in the wrong order which was delivered and tell them the situation. The girl at the counter asks the manager what to do and the manager says sorry it's through the app and they aren't responsible for the mix up. I tell them all I want is my food remade as my order was still sitting there and was extremely cold. First the manager says no and finally after me asking politely multiple times she finally gives in and begrudgingly remakes two burritos. Wow, way to do me a huge favor.Poor service from end to end. Do not go to this location. Go to the Iron Point location where they are competent and polite.Order number E6C-EA4
Lately I’ve been noticing that when you place an order online or through app for pickup the quantity of the food is almost always half of what you’d expect.
Food was good but it’s pretty gross when you are going to a restaurant and every single table is dirty(I am not exaggerating) outside and inside literally every table needed to be wiped down. Trash cans were overflowing. It’s just disgusting.
I have ordered 3 burrito bowl online and just got sample chicken (attached pic) no rice no beans no salsa no top off things nothing in any of the bowls but charged $9 for each bowl total $27. I was shocked to see just chicken without any toppings and asked the guy in the counter about missing top off .he was so rude to even respond when I asked to talk to his manager he went to kitchen and came back saying that his manager doesn’t want to talk to me and he doesn’t want to fill the missing toppings. The customer service is so bad and as if they are doing CHARITY to me after charging for 3 burrito bowls. Is this how CHIPOTLE treats its customers or only this manager and employees in this store are DISCRIMINATIVE???? They are neither helpful nor apologized.
Chicken was way overdone and was like cardboard. They were out of ice tea. Snotty kid behind the counter said well that's just too bad. Place was a real dump. We like Chipotle but never again at this place.
Ordered online. Good was not ready, while people in the line moved pretty fast. Asked for ETA and they couldn't tell me
I’m not even kidding I think I’m owed a refund for this burrito. I HAVE SMALL HANDS. They make fine burritos, but not cool that you would let this go out your door
I eat Chipotle 3-4 times a week. This was hands down the worse food I’ve ever recieved from a Chipotle. The barbacoa was fatty, chunky, chewy and everything you don’t want barbacoa to be. I had to saw it with a plastic knife and that was not working. The rice had hard chunks in it as well. I was really hungry and threw out over half of the meal. The only thing half way decent in my bowl was the Guacamole. Worse $13 I ever spent on a meal. Needless to say I will not be eating Chipotle for awhile
Pickup orders at Chipotle are great and easy to find in shelves alphabetically arranged. The packaging has kept our food warm until we got home, but it's easy to heat up in a microwave or toaster oven. Tasty seasoning and ?! Large portions, so leftovers go well in homemade omelettes
Line was quick. Im still amazed they charge for chips tho
