I really like the drive-thru at this Chick-fil-A. When covid started, they seriously upped their game: multiple lines with multiple order takers (who can also take your payment right then and there), a person further down the line to double check your order and folks handling the napkins, sauces, etc. as you exit. Probably one if not THE most efficient drive-thru experiences I've had. Not sure how long they'll continue with this set-up, but I hope they at least keep some of it.
First time going. We wanted to try the waffle fries! Drive thru was so long and trailed outside the parking lot. We zipped through it in less than 10 mins! The staff there are friendly and fast. Fries were hot and yummy!
Went just for coffee while my vehicle was being serviced nearby. Ended up getting breakfast, coffee was decent too. Customer service at this company is unlike many, they make you feel welcomed, and seem to strive for great customer experience. Will continue giving them business....plus their chicken is really good!
Cashier asked for my name and continuely called me by it for our entire conversation. Top their customer service. I would have been fine just ordering food but they went above and beyond. Food is a little pricey though
Weird you order and pay in the parking lot while in line for the drive-thru and no menu to look at so the attendant had to find one. Not everything seemed to be on it either because when I saw the regular drive-thru menu while waiting to get my order that I probably would've ordered like the frosted coffee or I just didn't see it on her little menu since the parking lot attendant was kinda making me feel hurried to order when no one was behind me. I did order the limited-time Smokey BBQ crispy chicken with cheese and bacon that was pretty good. Was glad to get hot waffle fries and had them almost all eaten by the time I got to Hwy 50 ? I hate cold or lukewarm fries. Didn't like the chick-fil-A sauce at all but to each its own whether you'd like it or not but I won't order that sauce again.
I've always loved Chick-fil-A, but lately the quality has really gone down at this one. Last three times I have had to park to take my order back in to have something or another replaced. Or they forget the sauce, straw, ect. The drive through like is always super long. And not to mention they are way over priced for fast food.
Always the best service and food here! I come here very often and it’s always consistent. My only complaint is the drive thru line that can get backed up super long. Makes it difficult if you want to pick up an order from inside. You can park in front of Home Depot but overall, the parking in this area is tight.
One sandwich, a side salad, a drink and LOTS OF WASTE created. Ordered in, got served in a plastic bag. Asked for soda in a coffee because they only had styrofoam cups. EIGHT napkins. Another business not doing their part. Gave 3 stars because server was kind.
I had a very busy day and did not want to cook dinner, so I stopped in at Chick-Fil-A and bought their chicken sandwich. It was very good. I did not feel like I was eating fast food.
I ordered breakfast through the app then drove to pick up my order. I waited In the drive-through- line and when the person finally helped me it was five minutes after breakfast. They canceled my order and I waited in line another 15 minutes and left with nothing. They should have taken care of me. I am very disappointing with management and not taken care of the situation. They didn’t seem to value my time and care too much about my situation. I loved Chick-fil-A in their beliefs but very disappointed in how they handle this.
