Very bad customer service. Ordered Pizza about 8.00 PM. Went there about 8.30 PM to pick-up. Person @ counter told me, it will take 5-10 min. I have waited more than 30 min at the restaurant, and frustrated. Asked again, about 9.10 PM after waiting 30-40 min, he was telling , sir we just put in oven , it will take another 10-15 min. It was funny, some people came and ordered after I went to restaurant, they picked up before me. I am not sure how these guys give priorities for for order. I got my pizza order about 9.30 PM. Very bad experience.
The Indian pizza flavors are a fun novelty to try here and there but I usually return to the classic flavors when I'm craving pizza. My biggest complaint about the pizza is the dough. It's very flat, dense, and crumbly. It reminds me of the boxed jiffy pizza dough which isn't a good thing. Maybe that's what their going for but it just doesn't taste right and the texture is off. I prefer chewy, airy, fermenty dough.

I love this place for pizza! They use all fresh toppings and it tastes delicious. I had the best customer service experience especially from Ani who is always available to answer any questions, help you with the selection and listens to your feedback and fixes the order for you. Butter chicken pizza from here is literally the best pizza ever. Thank you to everyone from the funny/sweet receptionist to the delivery driver/owner. So freaking delicious and kind to customers. Do not pass up on this. Thank you Chicago twist!
I don't know what has happen. I purchased a charge pizza and the pizza was over cook. The meat did not taste fresh and my salad veggies were old. Will not be going here anymore. People be aware they are not the same.

Pizza is sumptuous. I get the flavor Indian curry in pizza. I learnt not to order pasta at a pizza place. Pasta was boiled, sometimes burnt pasta microwaved in oil. Good pizza, bad pasta
The lady at the counter said that they were heavily understaffed. So, probably would avoid if I am in a rush.The pizza was good.
