I used to go to Carl's several times a week. I haven't been to any Carl's in years because of this location. I just remembered how bad their service was and forgot to post a review. All of the reviews are true. They close at random times, serve cold food that has been sitting for hours, and the employees have a reputation of being disrespectful towards the customers. The boycott must go on according to recent reviews.
It's a Carl's Jr. Nothing super special about it. The food was standard. They service at the drive through wasn't all that friendly, and they messed up the order.
Carl's Jr is one of my most favorite fast food restaurants. Their products look more like their advertising pictures than any other fast food place. I hate it when a get a burger that doesn't look anything like what I ordered. Carl's also has French fried zucchini which is better than French fries any day. Prices are high, but where aren't they now days? The taste makes their products a better value to me.
The stated hours are till midnight on Saturday. Ordered online because I can walk in to get the order. Service truck doesn't fit in drive thru. Got there before 10pm, no one around and the phone number for the place doesn't dial through the next day.
Drive thru only for the time being but fast service and the food was as good as fast food gets.
Constantly closing earlier than posted but doesn’t give any sort of indication that they are closed. Lights are on consecutively. Very hard to decipher actual open hours.
Tried ordering online but it wouldn't take my payment methods at all. So I showed up here and drove from the other side of town because the closest location closed at 10:00 p.m. and this location closes at 11:00 p.m.. I show up here and they were closed early and it wasn't even close to being 11:00 p.m.. It seems like their hours aren't correct like many restaurants in the area. Wasted my time, money and gas. Many other reviews state the same thing, that the lights are off and broad daylight around 3:00 p.m. in the afternoon and nobody is working and they are just closed.
It took longer than normal to get through the drive through, but the food was hot when I got it.
Don't know if it's a staffing issue or what but their drive thru is ridiculously slow.
Just drove through there today.. 3 PM. Lights on no one home. It's like the employees deserted the place.
