On my last visit my group ordered a lot of food on a busy night, so a long wait was expected and fine with us. However, despite how polite we were, our server was impolite and impatient. I used to come to this store regularly between 2018-2020 and the food quality has gone way down. This was the first time I've had thier boneless wings since then and they were extremely dry and crunchy, not a pleasant experience. I would suggest avoiding the boneless wings and just getting the bone-in. Sitting at the bar is still usually a decent experience tho, so I'm not completely writing off this location.
This location is getting worse and worse to a point I will not be going here for getting wings anymore. Wings are tasteless inside except for the sauce coat on the outside. Why? Because they don't brine them any more, super bland and dry on the inside, tastes terrible and that's the case every time I get wings now. Had enough, even Pizza hut has better wings.

We becoming here for ages, and usually twice a week. Lately, it really has gone down hill. Service is hit or miss. It is either awesome service or you are waiting 20 minutes to get your soda. Food is great, or it comes out cold, or it is obvious it has been sitting for awhile. Last visit, we canceled our order after waiting for an hour and asked to talk to a manger. We were told the manager was busy and it might be a bit. Really? Customers are canceling their order and leaving and something else is more important? They have lost our business.
Unfortunately this is one of the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have been to. We had to wait so long for our order to be taken that the manager who was in an interview came and took the order. Our server proceeded to ignore us until we asked where our order was. Then she came over and barely made sense and was all over the place. She acted like she had no clue what was going on and said they were so busy.. there were only 4 tables full. Your BWW was delicious. I had the double cheese burger. It was perfect along with good service. I'm from southern California and the BWW in chinohills doesn't come close to being the same. The burger is smaller, doesn't taste the same and is at least $2 more expensive in chinohills.Thank you Folsom BWW for the great experience.
BWW used to be a bit more reasonably priced. The wings and sides options are very good and well prepared, but just find it to be a little higher priced for being a sports bar. Staff is generally very friendly and helpful.

came in last night and tonight as well. last night was not a good experience whats so ever. server overall 0/10. bdubs might need to hire some new staff because this was unacceptable . food was fire tho. and then i came in tonight and my friend fell off the booth because the seat was broken as well as all the other ones. and i also stepped on gum on the floor. i just think the place could have a better vibe if it was more clean and updated.
