Terribly disappointed. Ordered delivery. Purchased the family meal with chicken and tri-tip. I called the restaurant after submitting the order online to request no croutons and tomatoes on the salad and the person over the phone assured me they would not put croutons and tomatoes on the salad. Received the meal only to find it covered in croutons and tomatoes. I have a severe allergy and was unable to eat it.I'm also perplexed because the meal was for four people. It came with adequate mashed potatoes, chicken and tri-tip but the green bean serving was very small only about 12 beans. Barely enough for one person. Do they consider a serving of beans, three per person?The steak was cooked okay. The chicken was a little dry. The green beans tasted great. Just wish we had gotten the correct serving.
Quick stop in just for appetizers and a cocktail before visiting my daughter. I had a tasty mojito sampler and the avocado wraps. I can't remember what the boyfriend ordered.But my items were great choices. Nice tip- give your mojito a nice little stir before sipping.
It was such a great experience, wonderful food and service. Our waitress Robin was absolutely wonderful, so nice, helpful and such a great person in general. Will definitely be coming back. Also a must try is sweet potato fries dipped in the broccoli cheddar soup, it is wonderful. ♥️
Great food. Incredible 2 bone pork chops, cooked perfectly. Great service.. However, why don't you have prices on your glasses and bottles of wine? You price your beer. How embarrassing to have to ask and then turn it down because your cheap bottle of house white wine is over $30. I have never been to a restaurant where the wine is not priced. I might sound cheap but there are limits. Very disappointing. Your alcohol list is just a photocopy, nothing fancy. Not a big deal to change if the price changes.
Just left the Folsom location and I'm starving because my food never came. We ordered chicken nachos and chicken thighs with fries along with 2 soft drinks. It took more than 15 minutes to order the drinks and food and it took another 15 minutes for the drinks to come out and yet another 15 minutes for the chicken and fries to come out. They said our nachos would be out soon and 25 minutes later still no nachos!! We stopped a manager and told him to cancel the nachos and give us the bill and said he would check on the nachos and if they were in the back he would bring them out. We waited another 15 minutes for the server to bring the bill with an overcharge for the fries. My husband told her of the error and when she came back 10 minutes later she said they removed the chicken and we only had to pay for the soft drinks. We paid the bill and left and did not see or hear from the manager again. It should be noted the they not only sat a table next to us but they had food before we got our bill !! Terrible service ?
DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE! They do not make it fresh nor give you what you pay for unless you're sitting in the restaurant at a table! They don't add things you pay extra for, & they slap together cold, stale, bland, dry, tiny portions of Denny's-style food for twice the price! They used to be good but have gone downhill in the last couple years since Covid. Terrible food for more money. We've been going to BJ's for years, & since Covid have gotten delivery (from this location) about 6-7x now & every meal has tasted awful, missing ingredients we paid extra for, & half the portions as in-restuarant, so we speak from plenty of experience. We will no longer be giving them our business. Go to a diner or other restaurant & get the same quality food, *if not better*, for less money, & get actual entree portions.

Ordered a $40 pasta feast for curbside pickup, I had to go in to pick it up myself, and still had to wait for it. Got my food 20 minutes after the requested time. Everything was cold and not enjoyable at all. Pizza was burnt on one side and wasn't even cut decently, forget equal pieces.I used to love this place, and understand that the COVID situation might have changed things a bit, but did not expect this bad a service. Really disappointing.Response from the Owner: "Sorry to hear that! Sounds like we really missed the mark, and we want to apologize for your less-than-stellar experience. Please swing back by our location and personally share this experience with the manager so we can do right by you."Based on the response above, I am sorry to say this, but after last night's experience, which was for a celebration of a small joyous moment in our life and got totally ruined with the food, I am really not looking forward to coming back here any time soon.BTW, another issue that I witnessed while I was waiting for my food at the restaurant - the hours that are shown on Google do not match the hours of the restaurant and 3 parties were denied service as they walked in past the closing time. I would also put this issue on the management here.It seems like not a whole lot of businesses really seems to care to provide a good experience these days. I wouldn't be surprised if these businesses go out-of-business if they don't start to focus improve customer experience.
It's not cheap but it's worth it. Actually, my wife got half a chicken club sandwich, fries, and a bowl of clam chowder for ten something so maybe it does approach cheap. Nice place, good service, and good food.
