Arrived by 2:55pm on a saturday. Had a plus one and we were looking forward to eat here. The employer told us to leave and that dine in is closed. There sign was still open for business and at least 6 tables of people still dining in. Their website mentioned they close at 10pm. Everyone that were dining in speak the dialect and look like middle eastern people. Rude service and felt that they refuse our service because we are asian. Don't eat here if you don't look the part. Although take out was highly encouraged. But we are not interested.
Ordered Mutton kottu parota to go. Not very tasty. Significantly small portion. They gave it in a small to go box that is usually used for sides :)Restaurant floor and the tables were not clean when I entered. I felt that it might be reflecting the quality of the food.Anyway as a risk taker I went ahead with the order. LolThe guy at the counter was nice.
Service was terrible…Waiting times were really long and the waiter wasn’t very friendly. We had asked for something on the menu and they told they didn’t have it anymore which isn’t a problem but the waiter was very rude about it. When we asked a question he didn’t answer and yelled “look on the menu!” The place seems to be understaffed and overall not a very good atmosphere. Half the things on the menu were crossed out and weren’t even available! We wish that they would have been kinder or atleast apologetic.
I went there for lunch but I went to restroom for washing my hands…very unhygienic bathroom, no paper then we decided not to eat anymore we just left without having food..They should work on their cleanliness
One of the best Indian restaurant in Folsom. Really loved the food and wanted to go there, whenever I get a chance.
Being a South Indian myself this is by far the worst South Indian food I’ve ever had, it’s sad they represent our cuisine here. I’d ordered biryani and kothu parotta, the most common food & it was disgusting. STAY AWAY!!!
On Dec 12th 2021, my family ordered food through mymozo.com listed as their reservation site. Mymozo charged the credit card but the restaurant was closed on that day for maintenance when we checked. Now, neither the restaurant nor mymozo.com wants to refund when disputed. If the restaurant has a problem with mymozo.com why list it as their reservations application? Bad customer service and practice.
The food had been the same taste consistently. The tastes makes us feel in Tamilnadu restaurants.
The food was good and service was good. A few food items not available and was told because of covid. They did not have chai either.
