If you would like to receive rude service, you have found the right place. We ordered 40 wings in three flavors. The wings were good. The consistency of the seasoning was off. Lemon was light and the Louisiana rub was heavy. The poor service with rude attitude, it will be a LONG time before I ever give them another chance.

Picked up 30 classic Louisiana rub wings and 5 classic lemon pepper wings today. There was so much oil in the bottom of the cartons I had to take all of the chicken out to drain them on paper towels. This has happened before, but today was the last straw! I live in Vacaville, but the chicken at that location is disgusting and flavorless, so I stopped by the Fairfield location on my way home. Guess I’ll be cooking my own chicken wings from now on.

Imagine people being mad because a bunch of teenagers are being overworked and underpaid. If you can't be a simple human being and be respectful then theres no point in going to a fast food place. To the girl who was upset cause there was a literal sign on the door that said no Customers allowed then you need a serious reality check. Go to the bathroom at your own house you're literally a child. Coming from someone who worked in retail it's always the adults that act like children. Over f**king food. Get bent. Love wing stop tho <3

Fairfield Wingstop is handled by poorly trained management and unprofessional staff. The orders are always messed up. Management is poorly trained and cannot rectify issues. They have bad customer service and unfriendly staff.

Bad manager she told me to wait 1 hour for an in person order because she needs to do online orders. WINGSTOP NEEDS TO EVALUATE THIS LOCATION. This location has been problematic for me in the past but today I felt I needed to complain.

In the back of the restaurant the door labeled restroom is unlocked but when you go in it's a supply room instead, there's another door that says employees only with a smiley face and it's tongue sticking out, I opened it and there was a perfectly good restroom that could be used for customers. I went ahead and used it when I came out a lady told me I wasn't supposed to be in the restroom, I told her I Saw the sign you guys think you're funny but you're just stingy. She then proceeded to pull a bench in front of the door so no one else can use the restroom. I'm on a road trip across the country Wingstop is my favorite restaurant and they always have a restroom for their customers except this one for some reason. You would think they would care about their reviews, they've been negatively reviewed lots doesn't seem like they care about their customers. I left without ordering

Sad to say because owner served me. really pleasant attitude but chicken was undercooked sauce spicy q which is amazing at other locations around northern Cali was watered down and really sparse . They were really busy which could be an excuse because spicy corn was really delicious

Unfortunately this is not the first time a situation like this has taken place. I placed an order online using the app. The time to go and pick the order up was 17 to 20 minutes. I went to the store after 25 minutes expecting the order to be ready.After awaiting for about 10 minutes in the front I asked for my order. The response was " check to see if you submitted it here" my answer was "yes, this is the location" and I showed them the cellphone with all the order details and confirmation. Then the lady at the register replied " It did not print out here" I might have to look for it and I will get back to you.After about 5-7 minutes she came to tell me that she found the order and they will work on it.I waited more than 25 minutes watching how all the people that came to place orders were served and I was still awaiting for mine.I asked the girl on the register again about my order, after about 38 minutes of waiting for my food to be ready since the lady told me that she had found the order. Still took them 10 plus minutes to receive my order.I was really disappointed about the whole situation and the way it was handled by the personnel working when I arrived.I had experienced somehow the same thing before but, the food was handed out much quicker at arrival and showing my order confirmation. This time was worst! If I would of just walked into the store to place an order the food would of be ready sooner that what they took to make it after they found my order. Note that this was after 10 or so minutes after the time for pickup had passed.I will not be coming back to this particular location for a while and I hope this situation will be address accordingly. Simply unacceptable! Bad customer service!!
