I haven't eaten here in years and decided I wanted to finally try the triple patty burger. So, in I go, a large combo triple burger with triple cheese, along with extra lettuce, tomato and onion, no ketchup.The young guy who took my order double checked with me that he had my order correct. He then said he wanted to make sure he had it correct so I didn't find out there was a mistake with the order while driving down the street. He was friendly, courteous and communicated well. I feel like I've entered the twilight zone! To have a young employee who appeared to actually care about their performance, work ethic and customer experience was so unexpected, I nearly had a heart attack!!! Or maybe it's the cholesterol and fat that will soon be assaulting my body.It tasted just like I remembered. I enjoyed it, but probably knocked a couple of years off my lifespan with all the cholesterol I ingested.Well worth the visit, if not for the food, at least some good customer service at a Fast Food place made it all worthwhile.
My classic and grill chicken sandwich were tasteless and disappointed. The chickens were so hard and cold tasted like a card board. The buns were dry and cold as well. I paid $17 for both sandwiches.
The female cashier behind the counter was extremely rude and unintelligible. Refusing to speak clearly and her rudeness intensified when she was asked to repeat herself. Every customer that approached was clearly an inconvenience to her.
The service was slow ,food was below average!! to order,then eat outside is No fun!
Weirdly rude staff, I have not seen this from other locations. Hard pass, plenty of options right next to it, the other reviews were right just don't go here.
Loved the dollar breakfast sandwiches wish they'd bring em back lol!
It was on Christmas night do not many places open. I was out if town when I stopped to eat before my trip home. Clean friendly atmosphere.
Food was hot, new fries crispy which is great, Daves doubles were neatly made and wrapped like they should be, great job to those employees at this Wendy's. We will be back frequently
Good place for a burger but the line sometimes takes for ever. Get the baconator it really good!
The ketchup was out and all over the counter top. All the condiments were out. The food was old and burnt. The employees looked and acted like they would rather be any where else
