Worst experience ever. Only one inside waiting; told 3 times it will be a moment; I asked for a cup of ice water while I wait and was told no I can't do that. That same employee was just staying there waiting for the manger to find cleaner and paper towels to clean the windows, as I watched that all play out while waiting to get a frosty. Still wasn't acknowledged by the manager, and still my order wasn't taken. I asked when I could order and once there were more orders from the drive thru done first. There were a lot of employees taking care of the drive thru with no one caring for the inside. Not happy about their service at all.
Hit or miss with speed and accuracy of the drive thru. I ordered a drink and a sandwich and apparently just didnt hear me? When i pulled up to the window (20 mins later) i handed them my card and they handed me my drink. They gave me my card back then looked at me awkwardly when i didnt pull away. I explained what i had ordered, and the guy seemed utterly bewildered. I checked my reciept and they had only charged me for the drink so i just left, wasnt going to wait around another 20 mins blocking the line. Took half and hour tpnget a lemonade.Strange thing is, ive been here several times before and never had any issue (at least not as bad as this one). Understaffed, perhaps?
This place is ssssllllloooowwww waited 20 min at the window for my order waited 25 min in line just to place my order. They were out of grilled chicken for the salad
First time there, didn't like the area it was in, attempted to eat in the parking lot but didn't feel safe and left. I ordered the chicken salad and told me at the pu window that they were out of dressing. I got the vinaigrette and that's actually tasted good. I got french fries and they were WAY to salty, couldn't eat them. It was like..... Have a little french fry with your salt.
Always fresh here sometimes long wait but reason being is that the place is so very good love my spicy chicken combos!!!!!Friendly service!Great service!
Food tasted horrible and looked/chewed up like it had been under a heat lamp for hours. Disgusting. Won't be coming back.
I ordered the chili, it was very good. It was a little spicy ,but not to spicy. I used drive-up it went pretty fast. Food was hot.
