Between myself and my partner we ordered Edamame, Gyoza, Tonkatsu Ramen, Black Garlic Ramen, Totto Roll, Nemo Roll and Shrimp Tempura Roll. Everything was amazing, meticulously prepared and fresh. Staff was friendly and attentive. Will definitely Return soon. Totto House Roll is a must have!
Asked for hot tea. Tea was cool and dilute. Tasted like water. Sushi rolls were flavorless and pricy; prepararation looked messy instead of appealing. Menu was small. Soy sauce was extra salty. Never had soy sauce this salty.
I've been here a couple of times prior to today. This time, I brought my wife for her first time. She absolutely loved it! Oh of course I loved it too.\\nWe both had the Black Garlic Ramen. It is absolutely amazing! So delicious and flavorful! We both shared a Super Rainbow Roll. That was awesome also! The sushi is fresh and tasty. The place is on the smaller side, so seating could potentially be a problem. There is a dmall area for outdoor seating. We were able to get right in though. The servers were friendly and helpful. It seemed like all the workers there greeted us when walking in. I can't wait to go back again.

Lunch special came with ramen and sushi but there are other options.\\nI had the ramen with the garlic base and I loved it, it was the first time that I see different options to choose for broth flavor.\\n\\nGlad to have another option for Ramen ?
First time here..very nice staff. Others eating in seemed to really enjoy their food. Ordered takeout..spider sushi and black garlic Ramen. Really liked the Sushi... the Ramen was good..putting all the things in was cool..next time I'll do extra sprouts.
I ordered Black Garlic Ramen and Agedashi Tofu. I had Samanco Strawberry ice cream in the shape of a goldfish for Dessert. The ramen was excellent and the ice cream was delicious. Everyone was nice and friendly. I would highly recommend everyone give this place a try.

Honestly best sushi I have had in Fairfield. Really enjoyed it and the options. However, I wish they had more based for the their ramen other than pork because I can’t eat pork,
solid tonkotsu. honestly very happy there’s finally good ramen in fairfield. also probably the best croquette i’ve had anywhere.
Food was really good and the waitress was really nice. I think this is the best ramen place in town.
