This used to be one of my favorite Taco Bells to visit, but as of late I've been getting cold food or something's too hard or stale which I understand happens with fast food restaurants from time to time, but it's not a good look when the employees get upset and look at you funny when you let them know and could they make it right for you. It's sad because the manager is a real nice guy
Tasty food, reasonable speed. Didn't like the employee ignoring my questions, making me repeat it multiple times, then answering with a very informal yeah. Like I was wasting their time.
Went inside store to pick order as it was before 4pm and found doors locked and no sign on both doors stating that restaurant for dine in was closed. I knocked at the door and a nice female young worker opened kindly the door for me and told me the restaurant was closed and I told her I had placed a mobile order and she’s like okay please come in.Then I heard a Caucasian guy cooking screaming why she let me in that the restaurant was closed and only open in the drive-thru and told him the same thing that I had a mobile order.Probably he was the manager not sure but he was rude to me and to his worker. Not ever coming back to this place
It clearly shows up the bad taste of oil, I think oil has been re-used from multiple days, or times because those deep fry dishes like Chalupas, nacho fries smells like a kerosene, were so bad...
Drive through. Good crunchwrap supreme. Fresh tomatoes and lettuce. Fresh tortillas.
They frequently forget to give you things or flat out just mess up your order. And they do the thing I hate the most by asking you to back up so they can reset their window timer.
I stopped by before work and was able to get through the drive through pretty quickly. The food tasted good and the young man working the window was nice. I would go back to the location when in the area.
When you need to stretch a dollar or two. Taco Bell is always the best option. Cashiers are friendly as well.

Online app didn't warn that lobby was closed so my order sat in a queue that nobody saw but couldn't be cancelled
