The food was very good !! Loved my drink got the Matcha with Fresh Milk. However, today when I was in line the most unprofessional interaction I've ever seen occurred. I heard his name is Danielle or Daniel it sounded like Danielle but he was YELLING at his coworker. I am a regular here and I've never seen him here. He was very rude and seemed as if he were only trying to be controlling instead of helping them. Smh better service please
This is the worst place ever. Bad customer service. It took forever to get the order when we arrived there first and we got served last and had been waiting for the popcorn chicken. The drinks were no longer cold and the other food orders sweet potato fries and calamari were cold and stale. When we started complaining the staff only started on the popcorn chicken and apologized. When we asked that that order be cancelled, the staff said they are not able to do that and then we asked for a manager and they said they they are not available instead to provide feedback online. Again, worst customer service ever when they have 6 or more people serving. This is unacceptable and inexcusable.

Boba is decently priced. Paid a Large Black Milk Tea with Boba Pearls and Lychee Jelly for about ~$5.45
Very rude staff and long wait time. We could’ve gotten out order earlier but they didn’t call our name. We saw many people receive their orders even though they came after us.

Ingredients are on point compared to other boba shops in the area, ordered the roasted oolong iced tea with fresh grass jelly, coconut cream on top w/ 100 on the sweetener, on point. Partner ordered the white almond milk tea with agar boba and 30% sweetener(this was our favortie). Fast and easy online ordering. We'll be going back for some more.
Poor dash experience. Took an hour and a half to prepare our order. They also denied preparing the 2 drinks we ordered because according to them it was not in the order even if the dasher showed them the receipt. Ridiculous
Tea was alright but unfortunately the staff was rude. I would probably avoid going there from now on because of the quality of service.
