They close earlier than 8:30. Walked in around 8:12pm and was told they are closed although it clearly states online they don’t close until 8:30pm. Happened more than once. Just change your hours of operation if you’re not going to provide the service.

Let me preface by saying i should have read the reviews before i entered as i would have known better. But I was staying at a motel across the street and it was convenient. How bad could it be? This was the worst sandwiches and experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant. As several reviewers have indicated, it seemed like i was an undesired nuisance when i entered the joint. When i ordered it seemed as though a lot of the sandwich items had already been put away - at 7pm mind you. I asked if they’d been busy and they indicated “No”. Now i know why. The sandwiches had only a little meat and were dry and tasteless. I’m glad i didn’t get food poisoning. Bottom line: PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. Do yourself a favor. Save your hard earned money. Places like this need to go under and not come back. I have no problem supporting minority owned businesses but only if they understand that customer satisfaction is paramount to success.

So I went here tonight which is a Thursday they seem slow. I walk in there are chairs forming a line blocking contact with the counter and the tables. Ok I tried to understand that they are taking precautions against covid. The lady behind the counter seemed very irritated that I came in. I order ordered one sandwich and could not hear her talking or see what she was offering me so I leaned in. This woman about took my head off for being to close. Her customer service is horrible I will never be back she is a very angry woman. Avoid this location at all costs.

We took our grand kids to have subs here and we’re very disappointed. The lady who took order with a scary look and rude no respect for the customer. The subway co should fire and if she was from owner cancel license.

What is wrong with the woman who works there??? Just went this afternoon and ended up walking out and going to another Subway for my order. I walked in and asked if the bathrooms outside around the corner were available and if I could have the key. She gave me dagger eyes and didn't even give any kind of response then moved on to helping the customer in front of me.Saw they didn't honor coupons, claiming they're struggling financially, blaming it on covid, but I'm thinking they're struggling due to the terrible service not covid, because the business center Subway location just a mile away I went to right after was just fine, let me use their restrooms, and accepted my coupon. Wonder why they're managing so much better. ?I ended up not ordering anything and just walking out since she had already been rude towards me.While I was in my car the customer from earlier waved at me and told me he also just had a bad experience with her. That she gave very little toppings and he had to ask for more lettuce, and that at one point she practically yelled at him "is that it!?"This woman has absolutley no business working in customer service and this location is never going to get mine.

Never go to this subway in the evening. The short chubby latina lady that always works evenings is rude and snobby. You have to repeatedly tell her what you would like on your sandwich as she stands there looking at you like she's lost. This subways sandwiches are not worth the price, they hardly have any toppings!

No indoor dining and masks required with plexiglass everywhere.Go nextdoor to Big H Deli, you won't be disappointed!

Ordered a tuna sandwich saw the tuna looked slimy so I ask to get something else she then continued to scrape the tuna off the bread and put it back in the container to serve to the next unsuspecting victims

Bad service just went there for 3 simple sandwiches and got a attitude from the front counter lady didn’t even put all the veggies that I instructed don’t recommend coming to this subway at all this is not the first time we had this problem with this exact location smh
