We came in for the buffet at 1201pm to try it as im new to the area. We waited 35 minutes for the first and only pizza til 1pm. I almost asked for a refund due to no pizza for so long as most people have 30 minutes. Then a small pizza was put out and divided up into two pizzas at 1pm. This was a very sad buffet. Would not recommend this place for buffet however, the pizza was good once it was ready. There's many other pizza places that can be ready and on time.
This Straw Hat Locations is one of my absolute favorites! The pizza is always made perfectly to our liking and the environment is great. It’s always a pleasant experience with the staff and they are welcoming! If you’re in the area, definitely stop by this location
Was in Fairfield and we decided to have some pizza for dinner and found strawhat pizza! For starters the pizza was amazing it was made to perfection. Pizza aside what got us the most was the customer service. We felt as if we were at home and owned the restaurant. The staff was beyond perfect took care of all our needs and made sure our cups weren’t ever empty. They showed so much love and appreciation that I can not even describe. Will forsure visit again when we are in the area! Highly highly recommend for some great pizza and great service! Keep it up team straw hat! See you next time!

Not the same as Straw Hat in Contra Costa County. I found out they have different owners. Pizza was good but dissapointed they didn't have a salad bar at night. Every pizza place should always have the salad bar!
Karaoke here is amazing and so much better than going to any bar. You can bring your whole family and it's a wonderful environment where everyone makes you feel welcome. It's just a whole bunch of people that came together and decided that they love to sing so they were going to make it available for everyone to do it with them and I absolutely love it. I got the most delicious homemade cake with homemade icing that was given to me just because I was coming to do karaoke there by one of karaoke veterans. They do a birthday cake for everyone every month she introduced herself to both me and my boyfriend and even brought her husband over to meet us as well and it was just an all-around pleasant experience Plus there's some decent deals with the pizza there as well and just great that straw hat allows their restaurant be used for this purpose. Definitely going to be coming back over and over and can't wait
Yesterday I posted a 2 star based on a poor customer service on a order mix up.A different employee helped me today fix the concern with the best customer service. He needs a raise or a promotion.Food is a difficult industry by itself, however it is a customer service job.Thank you "Larry" for great customer service resolving my concern.
