Tired of walking down to here only for the store to be closed at random. Absolutely terrible, just close it permanently already or pay your workers more so you can hire more staff to maintain being open.
Coffee was horrible and watered down. Very disappointed. I’m disputing my transactions FAST!!
Super slow, the drive through ordering system in down and they also making very slow orders. I waited 25 mins for a drink, ridiculous.
Really nice servers. Made my coffee! Such a Dunkin’ Donuts sort of thing!
I bought me hot chocolate here & there too.
First time going in to order. Was extremely disappointed other people received their hot drinks before me although I was ahead of them in line. Waited about 10 mins in line drive thru and another 15 mins inside. My Strawberry Acai was so nasty tasted like flavored water down water. ? Even after I informed them it looked very watered down it still was nasty. Definitely like the Vacaville Starbucks better.
This location had only drive-thru service available the inside was closed but that didn't stop people wanting their coffee there was a long long line of cars. NO Splenda AVAILABLE AT SEVERAL LOCATIONS FOR WEEKS
FAIZAH!!! Faizah is awesome - quick, thorough, attention to detail, thinks if everything and made sure my order which was a bit convoluted, was correct. I don't carry cash - just my debit card and it is a SHAME that this Starbucks has NO TIP LINE for us to show workers like Faizah that we appreciate them!GET QN EFFIN TIP LINE, MANAGER!
Currently have been in the drive thru for 30+ Minutes. Don’t think I’ll ever escape.
I only go to this Starbucks when I have time to spare. If you are in a rush avoid this one at all cost. Drive thru line is always long and that wait is always 1hr+
