Staff is fantastic, my drinks are always delicious, and with my FREE star rewards customer program card, I GET SO MUCH FREE STUFF! Good coffee. I wish they had more stock of thebanana walnut loaf. usually is not available.
All tables are dirty at all the times while the six employees are having fun with each other. Long wait for my food and when I asked for it, they had it sitting on a different countertop, they never called my name. While I was there, two customers complained about their drinks missing something.
Friendly Baristas, consistent with how drinks are prepared, try to stop by a few times a week even though I'm on the road for work 4 or 5 days a week.Keep up the great job!
Lines get long, but worth the wait. I suggest you order inside if you are in a hurry.
The best Starbucks coffee in Fairfield hands down!! The staff is great as well!! I order on my app and pick up in the lobby, never had an issue and we get coffee 2-3 times a week.
I did not have good luck this time. First the music was loud and country so I moved away from the speakers. I was rudely told that the unmarked table I chose was for employees only. So I moved back. The oatmeal did not have enough moisture but tasted OK. Finally on the way out the trash was brimming over. Normally Starbucks is pretty good and consistent.
This particular Starbucks is great. The staff is fast and the drinks are consistent.
Once my mocha frappachino started separating (ice floating in top, coffee below) my drink ended up tasting like vomit. Never again will I order that.
Store our posts that they open at 4:30 on the weekdays, luckily Google knows it's 5:00. They open 3 minutes late, And I still couldn't get my coffee because they were cleaning their machines. I feel like management needs to stress the importance of having people's coffee on time, especially this early in the morning.
