Best Starbucks I've ever been to and probably the ONLY Starbucks I'll ever go to. They never rush to make your drink with poor quality - my drink is always made within minutes and is consistently good every single time. I've never had to ask for a remake. I've noticed how the workers genuinely care about their customers - they ask how you're doing, give you delicious drink suggestions when you're stuck on ordering, and even memorize your drink so well that you don't even have to tell them anymore. Great customer service and great drinks! Highly recommend this Starbucks over any other :)
The staff here is awesome and is always reliable! They know my order by heart and they keep the pace flowing smoothly when the line is busy!
5 stars because this is one of the best Starbucks locations I have even seen. Great customer service, spacious, and clean. All the staff were very pleasant and friendly but Lers was very nice and helpful. Definitely getting my morning coffee here from now on.
This Starbucks is very nice and clean inside! The baristas we're very nice and friendly especially Lers, she is so sweet! the drinks were good too, and the red velvet cake is amazing, they serve it very well. We will be back for sure!!
I haven't been to starbucks since covid hits (i know, i know, it is long over due, lol) so i decided to stop by at this place, and boy! You won't get disappointed . The place is very clean, the staff are very friendly especially LERS! She's a Rockstar! This lady deserves a raise! She's very knowledgeable, quick and efficient despite the large quantity of customers. Best service i have ever had in a long time. We'll be back because of her. Great job, LERS!
Every time I've come to this Starbucks It has been amazing! I accidently ordered the wrong one and when my husband went to pick it up Lers immediately remade the drinks for us and may I say they did a FANTASTIC job! Kudos to the baristas they were all cheerful even they were all busy
The customer service at the travis Starbucks is off the charts. It’s a very busy location especially in the morning, but the baristas always make the effort to be a smiling face and get to know the customers they see on a daily basis.
I have been going to this Starbucks for almost everyday and they are truly like family! From the manager on down everyone is so welcoming and kind! More Power!
My daughter and I ordered a secret recipe drinks she learned from tiktok. And the Barista made it exactly like the picture! Looks so pretty and taste amazing!
