I bought various menu items, one specifically was a kids meal for my granddaughter, because it specifically came with mac & cheese(that's what she wanted) and when we got home it wasn't in the to go bag. The staff members need to double/triple check before they hand the order out. And they need to act like they like their job. The Customer service is POOR!! I was specifically going to give the cashiers name, but my receipt I have says my Server: Admin. If that's the manager on duty, she needs LOTS of training. I will NEVER return to this establishment.
Very friendly staff and everything was made correctly. The manager on duty went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our meal and that we got everything we wanted/needed.

Well I came in and wanted to order 2 sandwiches with a soup. I'm pretty sure it was the person in charge for the day. I asked a simple question and was given a rude answer. I waited for my order to be called and it was a different girl that gave me my finished order. I said to her "your a lot nicer, have a nice day and left.
Great tasting food , good service. The only reason it's not all 5 stars !! Really pricey
A great first experience. The entrance is attractive and it was nice to see diners sitting at the outdoor tables. Inside it was clean and inviting. The music was a comfortable volume and there is plenty of sitting. The cashier was friendly and offered suggestions. There was plenty of staff and another employee I interacted with was also friendly. We got the brisket and the clam chowder bowl. Both were well made, presented, and tasted great. I would recommend this place.
We stopped here for lunch. I got the Cobb Salad and it was excellent! Everything was fresh and tasted delicious. My partner got the Pastrami & Turkey and said it was fantastic. The order taker was super nice too; very upbeat and happy. The 2 items and 1 soda came to $24; what a bargain!
So I call in to order, I can only assume it was his first day.. the person on the phone had no idea about sandwiches, it was very confusing. I wanted to ask if he would be making the sandwiches, because if he was I would cancel the order. I should have listed to myself and canceled the order.We get there to pick up the sandwiches, 3 people behind the counter, and a couple who arrived at the same time as us. Our order was sitting on the counter, no one asked if they could help us. We were finally waited on.... extremely frustrating!We asked for soft rolls evidently they don't have any. We ate when we got home, sandwiches where just ok, nothing I would go through that again for.......order at your own risk.
