I've been craving Popeyes for the last few days. I've been working out of town and wanted to share it with my wife when I got home. I'm on a limited budget so I grabbed a coupon from the paper..It was a 10 piece meal with two large sides for $20.99My wife and I proceeded down to Popeyes in Fairfield and presented the coupon.The girl at the window said it would be $42.We asked her to read the coupon again and told her which sides we would like with the order. She then told us it would be $32WTFCome on Popeyes how about some employee ttraingAnd by the way it was too much to try to deal with So we did not purchase anything
I love Popeyes chicken, but i was not impressed with this store. Inside was a mess, 98 percent of the tables were dirty, t.v. boxes blocked two tables, and the emergency exit was blocked by materials. My chicken strips were old and dried out. Surely they had been sitting in the warmer for a few hours. Take a chance if you want, i won't go there again.
Great chicken. Good people.Thanks to God and the good manager who closes here.I'm able to feed the homeless in Fairfield chicken on Sundays.Amen.

a few times now I ordered chicken strips and or chicken nuggets they were way under cooked, not even hot and a pale color look almost like raw chicken, other orders are so GOOD, drive thru service is ??,
Terrible service. Multiple workers asking us what we ordered as if they were confused. Our order was wrong. And the food gave us food poisoning. I love Popeyes but was extremely disappointed in this one
We visit this location about once a month. It is usually great all around. Sometimes mid afternoon we have to wait very long outside for the order. Last visit was a bad one. They forgot one of my combos even though I got the drink. And I guess they didn't hear me say I wanted five apple pies after I just asked if they have any at the moment. So going back around the drive through, I told them the problem. Turns out they didn't charge me for the pies so I went ahead and reordered. All good. At the window a couple of the workers were trying to say they are sure they packed my bags right. No. We had to go and wait out front still for the fries I think.. Got home and two of my kids' chicken sandwiches were not edible. They were rotten or something. We usually like those but this time they couldn't eat them at all. I tested one and had to spit out the bite and still got a stomach ache. My son actually ate half of his and stopped. He was in pain... My daughter, just the one bite like me. Not sure what was going on with that. Like I said those are normally great from this Popeyes and others. He had to try them again at the one in Suisun to be sure and it was fine. Weird... I might try this location again but never a chicken sandwich. Ever.
They were B•U•S•Y tonight but they took such good care of my order! I had to wait for some macaroni but it was well worth it! Malik and his manager were so kind and are clearly working HARD to get folks their meals in a timely fashion. Thanks, y'all ??
Biscuits were fresh and hot, and the apple pie was melt in your mouth good.
What's up? Are you going out out of business or just forgetting what customer service experience is about? I've been through your location twice now in Fairfield...REALLY POOR service. Will not be back nor reccomend! Sorry
