I ordered delivery this morning. I ordered a hot coffee and a bagel. My order was delivered on time but they sent me an iced coffee. I tried calling customer service no answer. I tried contacting the delivery service they left me on read I also emailed customer service with my order number. I did not receive a refund nor did they get me my coffee. I do not drink iced coffee so it was a waist of money and very disappointing do not recommend this store as they do not know how to read orders it even said hot on my reciept and bag they delivered it with. Need more educated workers this is not the first time from this store.

I wish they would accept bills larger than a $20. I tried giving a Fifty dollar bill and they refused to accept it. It was a $31 dollar order. This is part of the downfall in America.

Ordered the chicken wrap with avocado and the avocado was rotten. Why would they put that in my wrap.

On 11/17/21 my friends and I stopped at the Fairfield Panera. It was an absolutely wonderful customer service experience in addition to excellent food. Nadia greeted us and took our orders and checked later to see how we were doing. She was genuinely gracious and attentive. We all complimented her and their team. We met her manager as well to convey our appreciation for their quality food and extraordinary service.

I go here at least 3 times a week and always mobile order. The food is pretty consistent and the employees are generally pleasant. Occasionally things aren’t picture perfect. I would recommend that for online orders they make the pickup location consistent. I never know where my food is going to be. I wait for the email notifying my food is ready then head to the restaurant. Sometimes it’s sitting on the little table, some times it’s sitting in the designated rapid pickup locations and other times it’s still sitting in the kitchen. It seems that employees aren’t unified on where to put the food.

Last time I ordered mobile. My food was completely substituted, with no communication. I didnt find out until I returned home. I was very upset, and hangry!

Great food, unlimited coffee. Occasionally slow service when crowded.

Sandwich was good. Cookie was better.

I was absolutely disgusted by this restaurant at my visit last weekend.1. People preparing the food are yelling and teasing one another so loudly that I could not even hear my own conversation.2. The management is nowhere to be seen. Homeless people continually walked in through the back door with cups from trash cans and proceeded to fill them at the drink dispensers, sit down and talk to themselves in the restaurant. They even brought in their luggage and laid it all over the floor!3. The food was mediocre at best. I ordered a sandwich that had old lettuce in it....soggy and black in places. It was clear that the "cooks" obviously could see it was old but put it on my plate anyways...I would have complained, but like I said, management was no where to be found.Really disappointing.
