They sent me the wrong pizza and treated me like it was my fault when I called them. I called and said that, "I have to leave for work in 20 minutes so I'd rather get my pizza the next day." The managers response was,"Not my problem." and hung up on me. Called the next day and they asked for the other pizza back. I've ordered from them over a hundred times but never again. The only one that had any idea about customer service or that wanted to make it right was the 17 year old kid running the register and answering the phone.
It was the first time in a long time that I've had Mountain Mike's. The medium pizza was more than enough. The pizza was perfect. It was made just right and tasted delicious.

Food good enough, but not the service. The soft drink machine was not working right (neither ice nor soda, in spite of what they said), and the promised WiFi service (the reason I chose to eat here) was not available until after 20 minutes of requests, excuses, and failed password attempts by them. I really regret having chosen this particular Mountain Mike's.
My friend and I walked in with my real service dog and they were very polite.They offered an extra because they were so busy with Superbowl food our order was a bit late....Everest pizza and salad bar...fantastic as always...if I could I would give them 6 stars...
I am sooooooo glad we stuck with Mountain Mike's. We almost tried something new but LA Quinta employee said Mountain Mike's is best. Sooooo glad I didn't take a chance! La Quinta should get a free pizza a week for that! You guys are the BEST.
My first time at this location , was really bad me and my kids we're craving pizza decide to go there and all i can say is really bad service plus the employees need to change them bad manners can't believe it .
Ordered our food for take out on a Saturday night. Not very busy but while waiting I noticed that of the 5 employees working only the young lady working the counter was wearing a mask. Four employees in the kitchen preparing the food & none wear a mask. But at the front door as you enter is a sign reading. "Masks required" I think that the cooks breathing all over the food being prepared for everyone must not understand the situation with covid?
Loud, vulgar music (never taking kids here), was quoted 10 mins for pizza, waited 25. Didn't receive discount as advertised outside, even though we asked about it.
Better than most pizza places out here,the girls were very kind.great service!
