Man y'all really know how to ruin a person's day what does it take for a girl to get a coffee in the morning before work without having to deal with some kind of BS or problems it's a coffee for crying out loud is it really that complicated and hard to do or is it too much work to do or is it too much work for you to do 2 serve a coffee do I really have to go through this much of a hassle to get a coffee in the morning before work this is ridiculous never in my life have I ever experienced such horrible customer service

I usually don't have any problems about the mobile ordering system, but this morning this resturant in particular didn't know how to use their system. I was seeing other people's orders and I was hearing them over the intercom.When I told them my code, she was repeating the letters, but was getting it wrong and took forever to figure it out. So, I gave her my name to maybe help her find it.She then entered my order manually and I had to give her my credit card.The person who was in charge of the drive thru was rude and blamed their computer system on me. She also charged me extra on my rewards.She then gaslight me and was giving me attitude.It's a little petty to even reviewing a McDonald's a bad review but... oh my God. Absolutely, computer inept AND rude.I want to say that they were rude because it's daylight savings and it was 5-6am -- she was grumpy AF.Will change to a higher review if apologized to, but its a 2 star for me. ?Edit: Officially changed to 1 star. Should be lower to be honest.Customers BEWARE.Go to another McDonald's location. Drive that extra 5 mins. This location is just a headache.

I absolutely enjoyed customer service especially coming from this one girl she had so much patience with me in asking for prices and handling the app even if she claimed she didn’t know much about it herself. I asked for her name just to give this review! Her name is Chess, and I hope she is recognized for her kind patience in customer service, id tip her again and come back just to see her

Stopped in for a quick soft drink. Service was quick and efficient. They have ordering kiosks that help move the ordering process along. The establishment was clean and the employees very friendly.

This McDonald's has the nicest employees. I love coming by in the morning. The older Hispanic woman is endearing.

I usually disappointed when I eat McDonald's but this MacDonald is very fresh and made me happy!Thank you for providing a fresh french fries, chicken nuggets and ice tea!

This is the good McDonald's in the area would recommend. PS McDonald's needs to go back to having 24 hour breakfast

Got ice cream, mcflurry, and nuggets. It was all good.

Good place to stop when traveling. Big parking lot. Food was good.
