If you are going to have the interior open for dine-in & take-out, the restrooms need to be open for customers. It wasn’t possible to wash my hands before eating. Ooh.
Pretty standard for a McDonald's. The reason for the low rating is they refused to allow me, a paying customer, to use their restroom. The young man at the counter said it was "For employees only". I thought businesses in CA aren't allowed to operate without working restrooms for their customers? Will probably not be going back there for that reason alone.
Currently sitting in line at the drive through to pick up my door dash order for a customer and they have been ignoring me for the past 20 min. Not even courteous enough to open the window and talk to me.Update after 20 min of sitting I decided to cancel the order. Literally seconds later the woman with the braid opens the window and asks me what I'm waiting for. I told her I've been sitting here for 20 min to pick up a door dash order. She asked me for the number which I could no longer give her because I canceled the order! The order was still showing on their screen through the window. She told me that their system is down. That's weird because that sign that they taped over the speaker box had been there since 2am and I had picked up 3 other orders before that one. I don't think the system doesn't work, I think its the employees. If you don't want to work than quit. Don't literally take money out of others people's pockets. I'm out the gas money it took my to drive there and the $9 i was going to get paid for delivering the order.It's the 12th of March 2022 at 0415 when I made this review.
Got my order correct, and fries were hot
Great quick service. Older location, have been going here since the early 80's. Took a star away because there's always a homeless person sitting in the drive through, sometimes right below the menu. Makes me feel bad ordering food while they're sitting there. I have mentioned it to staff multiple times and they don't do anything about it.
They ran out of soda when I went this McDonald's needs a renovation very old . Service was slow drive thru line was long
Its a McD's. Fast efficient food
The order was delivered on time and was perfect.
You get what you expect here and that's what I like.Does get busy during peak meal times, but that's when the fries are freshest.
So I got the wrong order from this place not once, But TWICE. No idea why it's so hard to not put cheese on a hamburger. Not everyone likes it. Really bad business that has no idea what their doing.
