Heads up!!! DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! I have watched 6 people walk into the store, get in line, order their drinks and walk out. My husband is currently still in the store right now waiting on our drinks (3) we ordered online which said it was going to be ready at 12:48pm. It is now 1:08pm and still no drinks. I suggest just walking into the store to order.Update: He finally got our drinks at 1:12pm.
Was told that this store does NOT accept gift cards & will not cash out any under $10.00 either ?I thought it was required to do so by law.Not aware of the acceptions...

Used to come at least once a day. Ordered ahead with the app. But sometimes still had to wait for them. Now for the past week they have not had pineapple.... How hard is it 5o go to the store n pick up some more pineapple. Im tired of substituting for something else. Please get with it. And out source....
3 different times I have come here to order a jamba juice. All 3 times my order has been wrong and I am not ordering anything outrageous. When I noticed the drink color was wrong and questioned if it was correct the individual behind the counter assures me it is. When I take a sip I find out it is not I go back in for a remake of the drink and get attitude. This location is horrible on customer service.
Matcha green tea blast and if you want a healthy refreshing choice i recommend this place... just sip it slowly (warning) you may feel brain freeze if you drink it rapidly.
I come here once a week and always get my ginger 'n greens with whey protein and vitamins on a 22oz cup, love it!Customer service is always good.
Lots of employees there but not sure what they were doing because it took over 15 minutes to get my drink even though there weren't that many customers. The cleanliness of the store needs to be improved big time.

Moble order was told my order would be ready at 9:32 yet at 9:53 and my order still wasn't ready. Other customers walked in and got there things before I had my things. Didn't even get my orange wedges and could even get me a refund after asking.
